It was an excellent place to stay!!!

What can I say except wow! What a beautiful condo with the most magnificent views you could EVER want. The condo was spacious and extremely functional for our family. The elevators and distance to the ocean made easy transitions to beach day! Despite a pool being out of commission for a few days, the pools and hot tub were also great. We will definitely book again! Also communicate was stellar by both Jason and Joe. We will absolutely be booking again!

Navarre is small town area, but has everything you need! The condo was very spacious and the balcony is so nice! The condo is close to several restaurants as well! Highly recommend!

We loved everything about our visit. The condo was perfect with lots of extra amenities, such as coffee, welcome wine, paper goods and more. Our host was a pleasure to work with and the location can’t be beat. We will come back soon!

This place is amazing! From the beautiful view to the little amenities such as hand soap fresh water and laundry detergent - this unit had everything we needed for a great week!

1406 is a great spot for a family trip. The three-bedroom, three-bathroom layout provides great views and plenty of space for a family to relax. The kitchen is updated with plenty of pots and pans for those who want to dine in. Short walk to the beach and two complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for you! What more could you ask? We booked an inshore fishing charter and were able to meet the boat less than a mile away. The Navarre pier is also just a short walk. The spot is equidistant from Destin and Pensacola so pick your spot and head out for the night.

I can’t say enough about this rental. We had everything we needed and more. There was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy. The beach is absolutely amazing, white sugar sand and we enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets from the comfort of our lanai. I will definitely return, highly recommend. Jason and Joe were incredible co-hosts. They kept us informed, and were available anytime we had any questions. Above and beyond any of my expectations. Sparkling clean condo & complex - perfect location for our family to celebrate the New Year. We loved the layout of the condo, private bathrooms for each bedroom, nice! 2 Balconies & the bay side balcony view was just as pretty as the view on the gulf side I thought. The pier is just short walk down beach, fun to see all the fishermen set up & catching fish, we watched a you tube video after we got home of person dropping gopro under pier, amazing how clear & beautiful the water is & there were a lot of fish around the pylons of the pier, we might need to try to fish when we go back, just google youtube gopro at navarre pier. Restaurant that we loved - Andy Ds, ate there more than once, short walk down beach, owner greets everyone, great atmosphere, some of our group had the pokie bowl i think it was called, really good! Beautiful just sitting on balcony enjoying coffee. We met Sweetpea at the turtle sanctuary, walked over there too, found lots of shells on the beach, drove over to the Gulfarium in Ft Walton, short drive, loved the Dolphin show! Oh, even though the temperature was in high 50s/low 60s, family enjoyed the swimming pools & especially the hot tub, i was so impressed by the staff at the Pearl, they keep everything so clean, pools & hottub were amazing! Our kids would plunge in the cold pool, then go jump in the heated pool & mix hottub in the fun. Sorry for so many words, we just had an amazing time at The Pearl.Owner & staff communicated exceptionally! Thank you!

Absolutely Beautiful condo! Clean, very spacious, and beautifully decorated. The pool and beach were great too! It was especially nice to be able to bring our dog. I’m hoping to come back next year! Loved the welcoming bottle of wine also!

I booked this condo for our family vacation. The place was amazing. The condo was very big and had plenty of room for my family and my parents to stay. The owners are very prompt to respond and call you if needed. The beach was beautiful. I would highly recommend this property!

Great week.

Condo was perfect! 6 adults and we all had plenty of room. Had red flags all week but one morning was yellow flag. One day was double red flag. So didn’t get to enjoy the water. Would definitely recommend this condo and come back.

Everything was exactly as described in listing. Beds were comfortable. The condo is nicely appointed without feeling cluttered. View from the balcony is excellent and we enjoyed having our meals outside.

Perfect property! Amazing to see both sunsets and sunrises. Well thought out and appointed amenities. Can't wait to book our next stay!

Very accommodating for adults and pets but not so much for infants-2 years old, very roomy unit furnished with a good amount of gadgets. No noise from elevator. It would be appreciated if they could provide beach towels, high chair and a pack-in-play for young ones to sleep in. Beach towels take up a lot of room in your suitcase when flying. If I was driving these items wouldn’t be an issue.

I was in town for work with a business partner.

The pictures are accurate and the condo is spacious. The beaches are incredible in Navarre. The owner was easy to talk to and helped us when needed. We would stay here again. Walmart and Aldi made for easy grocery shopping. Love that there’s two sets of washers and dryers. This is a great, relaxing place to stay. Beautiful views of the ocean.

Very nice condo! Well equipped with everything we needed! Loved that loungers/umbrella came with condo. Walking distance to restaurants. Would definitely come back again!

My wife, daughter, 3 grandsons and 2 dogs had a wonderful time! Condo was perfect! 2nd time staying here and there will definitely be a 3rd time!!

Sofa and living rug is wore out. Not a comfortable chair or setting in the condo. Construction next door started early in the morning. No beach chairs until March, was not told that.
