This property was exactly as described and perfect for our family trip to Navarre. The golf cart was such a helpful addition for easy transport to and from the beach, especially with kids. Communication from the property manager was excellent. We had one rainy day during the week and the house is set up well for an entire family to still enjoy a day indoors.

Girl’s trip for aunts and cousins. The house was plenty roomy for our group of 6 and with lots of bathrooms. So much privacy, and the rooms were large and comfortable. What a kitchen!! We ended our trip with a big crab/shrimp boil, and everything we could ever need was available. The only issue we encountered was the distance from the house to the beach access, complicated by one guest’s need for handicap accommodations. However, there’s a golf cart available for rent, and the pool is steps away and is awesome. The gated community is quiet and peaceful. Mattresses are super comfortable, as well. Our hosts were easily contacted and very responsive.

We loved this house. It was beautiful and spacious and our kids loved the outdoor space. We used the golf cart so beach access was super easy. So many extras are included that are such a nice touch. Nina always responded quickly and checking in was the easiest of anywhere I have ever stayed! Would definitely recommend!

This rental was in the perfect location and so much fun for our family! The house was very spacious for our large group and the biggest plus was each bedroom having a bathroom. The owner Nina was very easy to communicate with and very kind!

The home was perfect for our group of four families (four moms & five kids). Beautiful home, close to the beaches, steps from the community pool, fantastic outdoor space for playing and relaxing together. The owners thought of everything - the house had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing week (beach toys, a well-appointed kitchen, stocked laundry room, hair dryers, beach towels, even slippers!), their instruction were clear, and each room had a smart tv, private bath, and extra pillows/blankets. The owner checked in a few times during the stay to make sure we had everything we needed, and she was incredibly responsive to questions, both before and during the stay. I HIGHLY recommend this property and fully expect to stay here again!

Perfect house with all the amenities, perfect for a family , no need to bring any beach items including sand toys because the house has them! Rooms are spacious and well stocked with extra blankets. The host was amazing and checked on us multiple times . I would recommend this house 10 times over if I could we will definitely be back!!

This house was everything we hoped and more. Plenty of space for our group of 9 to visit, play games, and prepare meals. Each bedroom having it's own bath was an added plus. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet with beach access to the Sound close by. Also, the distance to the beach was very convenient and the provided golf cart made trips back and forth, if needed, so nice. We will definitely be returning to Navarre and hoping to stay here again!!!

House was as advertised. Clean, well maintained, and lots of extras (coffee, beach toys, games, grill, etc.). Host went above and beyond and was very responsive. Few day’s weather didn’t cooperate, but house felt very comfortable, so didn’t impact our fun. Definitely would come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this well kept and well supplied condo. Close to beach. Quiet neighborhood setting. Amenities galore!

I have stayed in alot of houses in Florida and this was one of the nicest places we have stayed. The house was adorable and very clean but it was the over and beyond that impressed me. The coffee bar was so well stocked. And the house just had alot of extra touches. Nina, the manager, was in constant contact with us making sure we had all we needed. It was just perfectt.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Navarre Beach and this house. It was AMAZING. House is in a great location. Close to the Bay and the beach. We rented the golf cart which made packing for the beach convenient. Nina was very easy to get in touch with the whole trip. The house was stocked with everything so really all you need for this house is your clothes and that is it. We can't wait to return to this beautiful house and see this beautiful beach again. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. We have rented many beach homes in the past and this owner provided many extras that we typically brought with us. This was unexpected but oh so nice! The owners were here very responsive to all questions and issues. The only thing that could have improved our stay would have been to have had a TV in the upstairs King bedroom and better instructions for the use of all TVs.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this house was amazing and deserving of one. The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. It has everything you could possibly need during your stay. Even more than is listed in the description. There was nothing we needed during our week in Navarre. The sound is a very short walk down the street. They have one bike in the garage and we brought two of our own. The beach is a short bike ride or golf cart ride away. The backyard is the best part. Sitting out there you can see a beautiful sunrise each morning. The host is very responsive if you need anything or have any questions or issues.

5 stars in my eyes . We had a wonderful time with the kids and grandkids . We have been vacationing along the Gulf Coast for over thirty years and have stayed at some nice places . But , this is by far the nicest place yet . The house is perfectly located between the Gulf beach on one side and the bay on the other only a few minute walk to each . We were able to watch the sunrise from the deck and then watch the sunset a few steps away from the house . The house was very clean , and had everything you needed . Seriously! All you need for this house is your food and clothes . Everything else is provided . They really went above and beyond to bless my family with a wonderful vacation .

I rented this beach house on a whim to surprise my family visiting from Texas. We were all blown away at how beautiful it is. Everything was so neat and tidy. I loved how the cabinets were labeled so you knew where to finds items. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. The outdoor space is so perfect with the decor, teal spiral staircase, and outdoor shower. All the beach item needs are there for use like chairs, body boards, towels, and beach toys for the kids. A perfect beach house getaway!!

We had such a wonderful stay in Nina & Patrick’s home. We were unfortunate with the weather during our stay, rain everyday and double red flags at the beach, but we still had a great time because of the house and it’s location. Nina was so sweet and attentive our entire stay and she was quick to solve problems and answer questions. The house was beautifully decorated, clean and the most well stocked house I’ve ever rented! She has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable! The location was perfect! Short walk to the sound for calm waters, fishing, swimming and the most beautiful sunsets! Another short walk or drive to the beach with very close public beach access. Definitely will book this house again if visiting Navarre!!

This house is top notch in every way. It is located close to the sound and beach, both of which were quiet places, even on spring break. The house feels like a model home with every amenity one could hope. We especially enjoyed the back yard and fire pit - it feels like you on right on the beach! The host was very responsive to all questions before and upon arrival. i'd recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet beach vacation.

This beautiful house felt like home as soon as you walked in. The house is clean, very well kept and has updated decor throughout. Plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen is very well stocked. We enjoyed the outside lounging area and relaxed by a fire in the fire pit while the kids played in the sand. We rented their golf cart which I highly recommend for extra fun plus it gives you easy access and parking at the beach. The public beach access is a 2-3 minute cart ride. The neighborhood pool is nice and has a hot tub. The rental communication with the owners was efficient and friendly. Can’t wait to return!

The property is located so close to beach.you can see perfect sunrise on the beach and perfect sunset at Santa Rosa sound. Host is super good,patient and very responsive.The house simply got everything you just need. Host made sure to provide everyday needs and included things such as house slippers, toothbrush,cooking oil etc.I have never seen any hose providing these earlier.Last but not least backyard was good with firepit.we definitely will go back
