Great location in quiet, safe neighborhood that’s walkable to downtown. Everything in house is in working order and clean. Thoughtful owners with nice amenities.

We would love to stay here again. The house was extremely clean. The location was ideal. It’s in a great neighborhood, near Front Street, and close to many good restaurants. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Our family of four were grateful for the three nice bedrooms, laundry, and a stocked kitchen. What a great place!

Place had great decor”my style”. Location good, quiet and walking distance to cape fear river. We never used the oven but someone used the self clean and didn’t wipe it out, doesn’t look clean with all the white sediment and oven door handles as dirty. Overall remains 5 stars

This house is in the perfect location, quiet neighborhood but extremely close to all the action. The home has been meticulously cared for, you could tell by all the small details. I would absolutely choose this property again in the future.

We loved this home! It was the perfect location and everything was within walking distance. The beds were super comfy and the front porch was a delight! What a cozy little home and we will return again soon!

Nice clean home in a good location!

The house provided the perfect accommodation for my husband and my weekend in Wilmington while visiting our adult son who also stayed with us. The house is located in the heart of the historic downtown neighborhood which allowed us to walk to all of the area restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment. The house as well as most in the neighborhood are magnificent, so well maintained and painted in beautiful colors. And as a bonus many were festively decorated for the upcoming Halloween holiday. We much preferred staying in a house to a hotel so we could enjoy our coffee and wine on the comfortable front porch or make our own light meals in the well-appointed kitchen. The house also provides more privacy and quiet than we would have had staying in a hotel. I would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay there again if the opportunity to return to Wilmington arises.

This is easier and more cost effective than nearly hotel experience can present you. Unobtrusive and available host. Spotless house. You’re walking to town in architecturally intriguing neighborhood. It’s a winner.

Very unique layout with multiple porches to hang out on. 3bedroom 3 bathroom made it great for family with kids. Full kitchen with utensils. Close easy walk to the river and less to 30min drive to Carolina beach area. Would definitely stay again.

This adorable house is perfect for a stay in the historic district. We only drove one time our 4 day stay. There is so much to see and do within walking distance. The house is clean and quiet. The beds are comfy and the kitchen was stocked with more supplies than anywhere we have ever stayed. It was more like a “home” rather than a rental. The owners are very nice and responded immediately to our questions. This home helped create wonderful memories for our family.

We booked this for a family wedding not knowing it was less than two block from the venue. The location was perfect to many places within walking distance. The home had plenty of room. It was very cozy. Best part of the home was the relaxing front porch!

The host was wonderful. Had bottled waters and snacks for us to enjoy upon arrival. Lovely home that I would book time and time again!

The house was very clean and convenient to downtown and there were nice snacks laid out. The need hangers in the closets and some more blankets because it was extremely cold and we couldn’t find any way to change the AC. It had steep stairs which-my fault- I hadn’t considered when inviting my elderly in-laws. Would have been nice to have a book of instructions with Correct WiFi (app was wrong) and checkout instructions re: trash, recycling, stripping beds, etc. again, nothing in app. Putting the WiFi password in was like a shock for those of us who are not Trump supporters and I would not recommend this place it to anyone who doesn’t support him for 2024. I’ll never stay here again because of this.

We had a fabulous time at this property! The house is absolutely beautiful with plenty of space. We enjoyed making our Thanksgiving meal together in the huge kitchen. We had lots of family time. The proximity to the river is awesome. We walked down there several times and were even there for the tree lighting downtown. Wonderful place to stay! We will be back!
