We had a wonderful time in Fort Collins staying here! It was walking distance to every place we went, and it was set up perfectly for our two families. We appreciated Stacy’s communication and check ins and would love to stay in one of her homes again!

The home is lovely. Modern and clean. Kitchen very well stocked for those who wish to cook a lot. Because we were staying 6 nights, it would have been nice to have lots of extra towels for a long booking.
We were surprised that instead of the sofa bed, we had to use an air mattress for guests. I had reserved in March and didn’t know of change til we arrived.
The back yard and patio was not used because of the insects.
The home is close and convenient to wonderful town of Ft Collins.

This well appointed property was perfect for our family gathering. Everyone had a space and we couldn’t have enjoyed the kitchen more. Highly recommended.

One of the best VRBO properties we've ever stayed in!! Our friend group has been traveling together for years & everyone loved it.
Stylish & new yet in an older mature walkable & bikable neighborhood close to Old Town Fort Collins shops & restaurants, the Poudre River Trail & Martinez Park. Loved the floorplan. Kitchen was fantastic & well stocked. Bedrooms & bathrooms were all roomy & comfortable. The owners really thought of everything. The only possible improvement I could suggest would be adding a hot tub in backyard.
But 5 Stars as is. Loved it & would stay there again.

We stayed at the property with our extended family for our daughter’s graduation. Even with a large group the house felt spacious. The property is so well-designed and thoughtfully laid out - it was perfect. The location is great as well, a quiet neighborhood that is still close everything.

Came from Texas to see Grandson graduate from CSU! Wonderful and beautiful home lots of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want! Close to where we needed to be! Loved Fort Collins!

This is an amazingly beautiful home. It was immaculate and is even more stunning in person. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Fort Collins.

This place was perfect for our family! We came for six days for a wedding and couldn’t have been happier. Everything were needed was there, and the city was accessible too. Just fabulous.

Such a beautiful place to stay, perfect for our three generations! Well thought out space, well stocked kitchen and supplies, lovely backyard, front porch. We have stayed in many rentals and this is right at the top—suggest railings on the front steps, a tv upstairs😊😊

We were in town for a softball tournament. Close enough to downtown Fort Collins to get what you need quickly but tucked back on a quiet street. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for the four of us. Definitely would recommend to anyone for a stay in the Fort Collins area. Rachel H.

Loved staying here. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. It was close to downtown so you could walk to the shops and local breweries like New Belgium. Would stay here again when we come back to Fort Collins

From the silo playground, great hikes and walking distance to downtown breweries, we all had a great time.

Will definitely return
Located in a peaceful and charming neighborhood, near Old Towne and Martinez park. Our group included our daughters, their spouses, and two grandchildren. So nice to have coffee and tea in the cabinets! This place is beyond 5 stars!!!

Great house with great location
We repeatedly kept saying how pleased we were with both the house and location. The house is very clean and impeccably decorated for both a modern look and a homey feel. The check in and out process was smooth and as easy as can be. 5 star all around. Would definitely rent again.

Best Friends Forever Weekend
Our accommodations were the icing on the cake for our getaway. The house was gorgeously decorated, comfortable, clean and in a lovely neighborhood. We HIGHLY recommend it.

Beautiful, comfy home
We really enjoyed our stay in Fort Collins. The house is luxurious from the welcome basket of goodies to the extremely comfortable accommodations. The property manager was in touch with us should we need anything which is always appreciatated. Thank you.

Fantastic property, one caveat
This is one of the most well appointed places I’ve rented. So many thoughtful touches and lots of room to spread out. We did have an issue with the sewer line backing up into the shower that was addressed fairly quickly but needless to say: it wasn’t ideal.

Christmas 2021
We had a wonderful stay while in Fort Collins and were able to enjoy time with our kids and granddaughter. We had a minor issue with bugs but management was very responsive to our call. The house was beautifully designed and the accoutrements were top notch. The gift basket upon our arrival was a thoughtful touch as well. Overall Stacy is the most responsive host we have had with VRBO.

Beautiful house in a great location!
The house is wonderful. Plenty of room for all guests to feel comfortable and the owner made us feel right at home with complimentary gifts. Also, the house is in a great location where we were able to walk to downtown Fort Collins.
The one and only complaint is that the twin beds in the basement room were very hard. If little kids are staying there, I am sure it would be fine.
