This place was perfect for us. It was quite and very convenient to our stay in SC. It was done right stocked everything you needed to get your trip going. Comfortable and clean. Within walking distance of many of the things we did.

I love the Seabright area and especially this charming cottage. This was our second stay and we plan on visiting again. Everything is walking distance (beach, food, corner market). This street is quiet with ample parking and pretty gardens among the homes. The cottage is fully furnished and quite comfortable.

Great location close to everything beach and downtown. Kitchen nicely appointed. Gas fireplace worked well, and was cosy.

Wonderful property with lots of homey touches. It was pouring rain when we stayed, but we were very cozy with the gas fireplace and lots of puzzles. No local t.v. Channels but connections to streaming. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds and furnishings. Wish we could have enjoyed the short walk to the beach more but the weather didn’t cooperate. We will be back!

We stayed for a couple of nights at this cute beach cottage. Walking distance to a nice beach and a small natural history museum.

We love Santa Cruz stayed many VRBO places. This one did not disappoint! Exactly as advertised walking distance to beach, park, food, coffee... Wonderful to find a great place that didn't have 4 night minimum like many others. Only wish it was pet friendly, hate to leave our dog.

My family and I enjoyed a week at this lovely beach house. It is a two block walk to Seabright beach. The property has all the kitchen amenities plus fold up beach chairs, books to read for all ages, comfortable space with many windows and great sunshine, WiFi, Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. Quiet street with ample parking. There is an outside table and chairs to enjoy as well as the master balcony. Many restaurants are walking distance in the neighborhood. Our favorites were the SeaBreeze Cafe, Betty's Burgers and Tramonti (all on Seabright Ave). Capitola is an 8 minute drive and Monterey is less than an hour away. We loved staying here and look forward to another visit!

I really loved it! The kitchen had everything to cook and prepare meals. They could provide better TV access. At least Netflix or some form of entertainment. Other than that - Perfect!!!

This cottage is perfect for a small family. Great location, 4 min walk to the beach, 12 min walk to the Boardwalk, delicious eateries within walking distance. Outdoor shower and clothes line was perfect for after our beach days. Our family of 4 will be returning!

This condo was roomy with all amenities. It was light and airy and perfect for our family. Centrally located and in walking distance to beaches and restaurants. Near the Harbor.

This is my favorite area in Seabright. It has a quiet neighborhood feel with lots of charm. The cottage is very close to an awesome deli, amazing Italian restaurant (La Posta) and excellent pizza (Emfers). Seabright is a little town wonderful to walk around and it's an easy walk to the beach from the Cottage. Kitchen had everything we needed. We will be back! Jen (Carmel, CA)
