So many positives about this property! Great location! Easy checkin/out! Everything vacationers with or without kids would hope for plus more! Beach equipment, cooler, chairs! Close to pool and jacuzzi! Walking distance to Poipu beach and great food joints! We were extremely happy with this VRBO! Would recommend and rent again! Nothing but positives and we use VRBO alot so we know a good thing!

The property exceeded all expectations! The service provided by the property manager was exceptional. Mere hours after reporting a leak in the coffee maker and brand new one was delivered.
Great location near beaches and shopping and the close proximity to communal pool/hot tub was a bonus.

This condo was everything we needed! Perfect for our family of 4. Great location - short drive to many restaurants, markets, beach or just a quick walk to the beach also. Can't miss watching the turtles on the beach at night! The air condition was a huge plus for us and the pool was right outside the door. Beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were great to have also. I cant say enough great things about this place!

Vacations are rarely relaxing with our two littles ones (age 4.5 and 16 months) but our stay at the Regency Mala Pua was rejuvenating and fun for the whole family. Our condo was just steps from the pool which our 4.5 year-old loved and the walk to the beach is an easy 10-minute stroll on a stroller-friendly walking path through manicured gardens, sweeping lawns, and gorgeous frangipani trees. (Our daughters loved running through the grass and climbing the trees. Such a kid-friendly place!)
The property had everything we needed for a fun day at the beach or the pool with the exception of beach toys which we found for just $5 at Safeway in Lihue. The unit was clean, the beds comfortable, and the master shower and jacuzzi bath was very luxurious. Even though you have neighbors, the property was quiet and with the windows closed you can't hear much at all so we slept great. My only complaint is that we BBQ'd at the pool and had to use paper towels for plates as there weren't any plastic ones (no glass allowed at the pool). A pour-over or French Press coffee setup in addition to the coffee pot would also be nice. :) These were just minor inconveniences though - it was an incredible stay and we were all sad to leave. We'll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay in the 610 condo. Area was quiet and the pool never busy. It was a little walk to the beach. I wouldn't do it with chairs and a lot of stuff though. Bring your own soap, since they only give you a little square one.

The apartment was a lovely surprise. Beautiful inside and the rooms were very spacious. Little niceties like the macadamia nut candy and coffee were appreciated. Everything was clean and well-stocked. Short walk to the beach and right next to the pool. Despite being next to the pool it was quiet. The complex is clean and well-maintained even though it is not new. They do have quiet hours and rules re not hanging towels outside (which we forgot and got a reminder notice-sorry!). The cleaners will arrive at 10 promptly so be ready to go. Being ladies of the age of wisdom, we had the laundry done, the place clean and we left a few goodies and a tip for cleaners. We hope to make this an annual retreat and the other ladies are looking to book this apartment again for their family vacations.

Stayed here with two adults and two teens. Condo is large and roomy. Loved having the washer dryer. About a 5 to 7 minute walk to Poipu Beach and also to Shipwreck Beach. Easy to get to both via a lovely walking trail. Beautiful property, never used the pools, but they are very close.

Great location. We loved the big kitchen and open floor plan. The pool is literally right out the door and the beach is a quick walk. The AC is nice, it's needed some nights. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place for our 6 nights in Poipu. Very quiet, nice pool right in front with BBQs to use. Easy 5 min walk to Brenekes and Shipwrecks beaches. Turtles resting up on the beach every night at Poipu beach, which had nice easy snorkeling- even better down by the Beach House restaurant 5 mins drive away.

We enjoyed our stay at The Regency apartment, it was very well located and comfortable for our family of 3. It was clean and furnished, the AC was definitely pleasant and access to the 3 pools was amazing.
The listing is accurate, although some other reviews talk of sand toys, there are not any, but everything else for a beach trip comes with the place, which is great.
Recommended for sure.

Our family stayed for one week. The condo was so comfortable and stocked with EVERYTHING. All the little extras like coffee & creamer and coolers and beach chairs to borrow. We cooked a lot on the kitchen and found everything we needed. The location is great, right by one of the pools. A beautiful paved walking path down to Poipu Beach for snorkeling, seeing the Sea Turtles and Monk Seals. Just a note that it is a bottom floor unit so you do hear your upstairs neighbors. We would recommend this unit to friends and would stay again.

Nice unit and very responsive hosts. Main lanai looks right out at pool. Upstairs neighbors were loud for part of the stay, but management did what they could to address. Had a wonderful stay overall!

My husband, 3month old, and I had a great stay at Regency 610. We spent a few nights in Princeville then moved to Poipu and the condo was able to accommodate an early check in for us which was a game changer. The location is great (other reviews mention being on the main walking path, which is true, but didn’t bother us), walking distance to the Hyatt & Poipu beach and right next to a pool. The unit was very well stocked and had beach gear, too. We would stay again!

This unit had everything you would need for a great time in Kauai. It was immaculate inside had chairs, umbrella for the beach. Close to the pool and just a walk to the beach. I highly recommend.

Large, open floor plan provided ample space for our family to hang out together. Great access to the pool and hot tub. Nicely maintained property inside and out. Easy walking path takes you to several beaches that are calm and swimmable. We also enjoyed the shops and restaurants in little downtown Koloa, a short drive up the road. This is one of the best vacation properties we’ve ever rented - would definitely stay here again!

My friend and I came to Kauai to hike. The unit was perfectly situated to drive about 1 hour to Kokee State Park and 1.5 hours to the Napoli Coast. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Every evening we used the hot tub which was just steps away. We loved the fact that we were 5 minutes away from the Hyatt, a beautiful hotel to stroll in and walk the beach. I will definitely recommend this place to friends.

We so enjoyed our stay! Our condo was roomy, quiet, and comfortable. We used both lanais! The pool is nice, and there is a nice walking path that leads to beaches. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a beautiful unit that came stocked with everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful vacation. Check-in and check-out was easy. Communication with property manager was great. The resort is gorgeous with lots of lush walking paths. We loved this property and would return again. It was perfect!

My group and I enjoyed our stay here! It looks exactly as the pictures show and it is just as clean as described. It has everything you need. Cleanliness and central AC were the main reasons we booked it and the reviews did not lie! There was even a book that had all the house rules and FAQ’s. HIGHLY recommend this place :) Thank you so much for making our stay as comfortable and relaxing as it was.

We had a great stay! Very convenient location a very short drive to the beach (we didn’t attempt to walk with kids and gear). Condo is very spacious and well kept up/updated. Beds were very comfy, twin beds perfect for my 2 kids. Place was well equipped with cookware and beach stuff- chairs, umbrella, sand toys, mats, towels. AC worked great, and it was great to have the washer/dryer. One of the neighborhood cats snuck in a few times but he was very friendly- small orange cat. Highly recommend this place!

The condo is extremely clean and the grounds are well maintained. It's a short drive or walk to Poipu Beach; our family enjoyed the accommodations very much and would recommend this serene environment to other visitors.

Fantastic condo and location! Condo and its features were as described. Very clean! Loved the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom arrangement. Kitchen was great for all the family with all the needed cooking utensils. Jeremy and Kristin are great to work with and very responsive to requests. Our family will stay here again!

It was a pleasure waking into a cute little 2bd/2ba, ample space. The walk ways to pool and beach are right outside the unit but other tenants are very quiet and respectful. Pool area is small, jacuzzi fits maybe 4 people.. the beach is a short walk away, not super close when lugging all the gear… food/restaurants/shops about 2-3 miles away.. everything was clean inside, until we noticed bugs in the kitchen.. not just a few, they kept coming non stop, little bugs all over fruit, in the sink constantly, on the counters. We couldn’t keep them away without spraying disinfectant every hour. We def couldn’t leave anything out all had to be in the fridge…we did let management know, and share a video with management but no answer after sharing the video.. overall, it was a nice stay.

This condo was fantastic! It was super clean and in a great location - within walking distance of beaches, a quick drive to awesome restaurants and shopping. The kitchen had everything we needed. Having access to three pools was also nice. Another great perk was having a reserved parking space! Jeremy and Kristen were always super quick to respond. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Unit was clean and convenient. Steps to a very quiet pool/hot tub and very convenient to grill dinners. Location between beaches was nice for walking down for sunsets. We drove to beach during the days when we had cooler and beach gear but it was very close and easy to park. Easy fun walk in evenings for sunsets. Overall we loved this location and would return!

It was clean and well stocked. The pool could have been open a little earlier than 9:00 am. That was the only thing and we weren’t able to use the pool at all.
We enjoyed the rice cooker and the cooler.
Communication was very easy and we got prompt replies all the time! We didn’t actually find a short path to Poipu beach, but it was close enough to drive. Thanks for everything .

Loved the area and facilities!
On our next stays wish list…1 better lighting in master bedroom and bathroom and directions to the unit prior to arrival. We came in after dark and had difficulty finding our unit.
