This was a great house in a wonderful location. The description is a little off (says there is a hot tub but there is not, there are no bunk beds but there are two beds in a room and the second bathroom is a half bath, there is only one full bath). Otherwise, host is great and we enjoyed our stay

Covid got me at the last minute, couldn't go on vaca and use the property. Host seemed very nice.

This was our second Christmas at this location. We loved it just as much as last year!

The property is great! No issues with anything! Clean and tidy! All beds except Main one was comfortable. Main bed needs to be updated but again there was no issues and did not cause us any issues!

I liked open floor plan and well equipped kitchen of this house. Teenagers would enjoy big bonus room with billiard. The house is uncluttered, warm, bright and has a large TV with plenty of channels. The host is quick to respond via VRBO messaging. No problems with our stay.

We felt safe in the neighborhood. The property was listed properly and the host was very nice. I would stay here again, plenty of room.

First off I can't believe it's listed as sleeps 9 and 1 shower. I honestly overlooked that 'assuming' a 4 bedroom that slept 9 would have more than 1 shower. First time saying somewhere that didn't have an ice machine, just a 10 bag of 'opened' ice in the freezer. We made it through, lol. When you open the front door and the alarm dindings every time that is a bit much. Don't expect cable TV or anything similar because there's nothing but Roku boxes with streaming that require your login to services. Overall it was a place to lay your head and was not awful. I wanted to point out a few things for others on what to expect.

I originally had trouble locating the keypad on the door. But that was my fault. The house was remotely clean. Does need some cosmetic fixes but good house for the price. I am very sensitive to smells and the master bedroom smelled alot like cigarette smoke. Which has triggered a sinus infection since being on vacation. The host messaged me realizing that I couldn't figure out how to get in. Cute house for sure. About 7 to 9 miles from Chattanooga. The listing shows a bunk bed in the downstairs room. It's actually a twin bed and a separate full bed. It still worked for us. The requirements for clean up where minimal. Nice deck and back yard. We enjoyed our stay. In order to stay again, the smell would need to be fixed.

We attended a wedding in Harrison. This location was an easy drive to the venue and was easy to find. Very clean. Loved the pool table and the amount of space in the house.

It was a great place to stay on a brothers weekend.

Stayed here while looking for a new house. very clean and usable. not the Taj Mahal but for the price it made sense. Got there a bit early and was no problem. thanks to the host for that.

We enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and well kept! We had a small issue with the A/C but the property responded quickly and resolved the issue! He was quick to respond and easy to communicate with!

The back sliding door was very difficult to open and close. The house alarm announced every time we went in and out of a door. No extra toilet paper, paper towels. Please bring your on. Also bring your passwords for ruku. Towels were great. Getting in and out of the tube was difficult for me. No hand rails. There are about 1/2 inch height up into the bathrooms. We all had issues of almost tripping until we got used to it. No dressers in any room so be prepared to live out of your suitcase. Required putting dishes in dishwasher which was fine, but after searching we did find 1 pod for dishwasher. The microwave is so high only my six foot son could easily operate it. The back porch had not been swept. We did strip the beds but could only find one hamper, there was supposed to be two.

It was very easy to rent this property. We was very amazed on how clean it was. Very nice host. He communicated very well. We would love to stay here again when we come back.

Quiet, clean and comfortable for my family of 5. Pool table is a fun touch and loads of room to spread out. Location was convenient to Lookout Mountain and downtown.

A friend and I rented this home for a work conference in town and it was a perfect little home base for us. Super cute and plenty of space. Nice to eat dinner on the back deck in the fresh air. The little details we forgot to pack was provided.
