***I STAYED IN JULY*** The manager said she refunded the full amount for this stay, as I stayed in July and somehow selected September first instead. The staff has a "Yes, sir" attitude in general.

***I STAYED IN JULY*** I don't know what card they sent the refund to, so I handed it over to Booking.com. I was told at the last minute about the refund with my ...reactively, not proactively when I sent the request in July and followed up.

Breakfast was OK - we had cereal and honey buns, which were good choices. Coffee was good. We requested - and got - a room on the first floor. There were a few minor things that needed some attention, like touch-up- paint. But, overall, the motel was clean and comfortable.

We came to the Chattanooga area from Milwaukee and it took a long time to get to the motel. It is a long way from the main part of Chattanooga.

nasty, found bed bugs in room and had to get another one. I did not see bed bugs but there were Beatles and it was VERY nasty.

We missed breakfast. We slept until it was almost checkout time. It was quiet. No noise in the hallway. It was close to our venue. Bed was clean. We had plenty of towels and soap. Our room even smelled clean

There was dried paint or somethingin the floor beside our bed.

..Breakfast wasn't what I expected...Smell in the room was staleor musky smelling
