The location is perfect and the property is well maintained.

Have to say when we pulled up to it we were a little worried it was going to be not as nice just because some of the places around it were not in good condition . But once you walk in it’s like a whole different level. This place is well maintained , clean , roomy, comfortable and just a very great place to stay . We had a easy check in and check out process . It’s very close to downtown so you can easily go wherever! We recommend this place to anyone!

Beautiful space! They did a great job with it. It was perfect for our stay, had every amenity one would need. Great location with a wonderful little restaurant across the street for breakfast and lunch. Check in was easy and the host were awesome at communicating with us. I’ll be back!

We booked just one night to break up our long drive home and thoroughly enjoyed the rental. Two full baths was great and found the unit to be clean and comfortable.

Very nice house in a nice neighborhood. Everything was just as listed in the ad. Across the street from the little market that has all the necessities. Short walk to Bardstown Rd. Close to downtown. We had a wonderful stay!

It was fine. The inside was decent but the second bed is actually a very uncomfortable futon in the living room. When we first got there the doors were all unlocked which kind of freaked me out because it wasn't in a great neighborhood. It was sketchy and I feel like the listing tried to mask that with only close up pics. Also there's a 79 dollar cleaning fee which is totally fine except when you get there, there's this long list of cleaning that has to be done to and I quote get a 5 star review from them. So basically you're payinh 79 dollars to clean it yourself. Which we did. We followed all directions and vacuumed. Wiped down counters. Loaded the dishwasher. Took out all trash. Locked up. And thought all was fine until a day later when I got an email saying I owed 105 dollars more to them. She claimed there were stains and stuff on the carpet. Now I do have a 6 and an 8 year old. So there could have been some VERY small things we missed. But I mean minuscule that could have been cleaned very easily. The owners claimed it took them all day to clean (I have pictures I took on the way out. There's just no way) and they had to block the date. Here's the thing, there's no way they had someone already booked and canceled. They wouldn’t have taken that financial hit for a small stain on the couch and a couple of crumbs. So I have a feeling that day just wasn't booked out and they wanted to be paid for it. I for sure would be cautious booking this place.

The decor in this rental is adorable and the space is comfortable. The neighborhood is easy to navigate. We walked to several places for food and drink and enjoyed the feel of an old-town neighborhood. We would stay here again.

From the perfect location with walking distance to everything, down to the comfortable bed, 2 bathrooms, spacious kitchen and great living area to kick back and relax - we love this place and would stay here again!

Really nice place. Very clean and modern with everything we needed for our 4 nights. While there was plenty of on-street parking, we enjoyed the private parking pad at the back of the house. Location is very convenient to everything. Kroger is about 5 minutes away. Short drive to downtown Louisville or you can take an inexpensive Uber.

My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rental was centrally located - close to tourist attractions & within walking distance to several highly rated restaurants. This was our favorite rental!

I stayed here for a conference, it was very clean and the location was perfect, central to all the places I needed to be. It was very clean and the host did a great job at communication. I would definitely stay here again.

It had a very clean floor. I know because I had to sleep on it. The ad said 2 bedrooms sleeps 3. Not so. 1 bed. No other mattress available. And the cleaning fee was outrageous.

This is quite a little gem in the perfect location. Loved everything about this place and communication with Karen was amazing. Looking forward to staying here again the next time we visit!

My son and I had a wonderful stay! Close to great restaurants and downtown! We blew a fuse one night and the owners fixed it quickly. The only reason that I didn't give a 5 for every section was just because of the outside lights that were left on outside all night, kept me up awake on the pull out. Otherwise, a groovy place to stay and was happy to have off street parking!!!

This home was immaculately cleaned and stocked with all the basic amenities for a relaxing stay. The owner is friendly and available with a quick reply. This is our second stay in this owners homes, and we will definitely be back for more stays in the near future!

My partner and I stayed 3 nights at Karen’s place and it was perfect. It’s an ideal size, we did a lot of exploring and it was a cozy spot to come back and unwind, as well as, wake up and prep for another day of seeing what the area had to offer.

This was a very cute, clean. Well appointed little shotgun house. It was close to my kids and was ready to get around. Right across the street from a coffee place!

Loved this house beautiful and quiet You don't even realize you in town. Need a few more cooking spoons Tea pictures and mixing bowls. We loved cooking and enjoying spending time at the house......will be back!!!

The hosts did such a great job with this upscale renovated house. It was stylish and comfortable! It was located in a very quiet part of town within walking distance of restaurants. The hosts were friendly, responsive and made our stay stress free.

Such a cute, easy access, well maintained place. Perfect for our stay. Loved visiting Full Stop in the morning. Quiet neighborhood too.
