This place is awesome. The owners thought of everything. So many things to do with the kids. Neighborhood is amazing and friendly. Enough space for 15 people comfortably. Enough privacy if multi family (like us) are going. Highly recommended. 2 thumbs up.

Our group of 11 had everything we needed. As the planner for this trip and this being the first time I've used a home rental, I was surprised by the extensive assortment of kitchen cooking equipment, dishware, and supplies. Everything we needed and more was provided. The book of information about the local area was very helpful as well.

Reunion of old friends and some new for a weekend of boating, fishing, and shenanigans. Well thought out rental with everything you needed and very clean. Location was perfect too. I would not hesitate to return or recommend to friends and family.

First off I would like to thank the hosts. They responded with in an hour of me messaging them for any questions I had. Check in was very simple. Upon entry you are greeted with a welcome book that is very detailed on the home. The book also included literally anything and everything that was available in the area. I am not joking when I say, literally everything. It was very nice and organized. The main home was very clean. Tidy and stocked for anything you could possibly need. Plenty of room for everyone on your trip. To make things better, there was a private guest house plus another bedroom. Very nice. The biggest thing I liked about the property, was it was all one level. No upstairs or down stairs. Was simple and really easy to keep track of everyone in your group. Although we didn’t get to spend too much time right outside, you most definitely could have a very nice dinner or lunch or even breakfast gathering outside. The property was so simple, so nice, and perfect. I will be contacting the owners again and have a more extended stay there. You are within 20 minutes max of anything you could need. Gas, groceries, the rock mountain National park. Fishing. Hiking, everything. I’m very happy I found this property and have already recommended it to all my friends and family. Thanks again to the owners of this property. Was truly blessed.

overall, our stay was absolutely amazing. Scott and Joni were very informative with directions and information on the area around the cabin. beautiful scenery and we were lucky to see some moose on the way up to the cabin. would definitely recommend anyone to stay.

Our friends and family meet once a year to fish the three lakes ice fishing tournament. We have stayed at many short term rentals and this one one of our favorites. The listing was as advertised, clean and has a nice atmosphere. The living room, dinning, and kitchen areas are spacious and can handle family dinners and fellowship. With the amount of snow that was on the ground before arrival and the amount that came while we were staying, the parking and pull through driveway was fantastic compaired to many other homes. Our friends and family had a great experience and we would recommend the home to anyone.

Everything you could possibly need was there, in the kitchen, the bathrooms, games, etc. Made use of the shotski! And the place is very well decorated and so cozy. The family thought it was perfect and wants to stay again.

The house is in a great location for accessing Rocky mountain National Park as well as the local town for food, desserts, and souvenirs! The house is very well equipped with everything you need of you prefer to cook meals while traveling like we do. The house also has a very comfortable feeling and we really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend!!

This property was perfect for a guy's getaway (myself, three sons, son-in-law). More than enough beds for all of us, impeccably clean and great, central location.

They trip was planned around going to Cheyenne for frontier days. But Cheyenne didn’t offer that vacation feel the family was going for. We found this property and it was nothing short of perfect. The hosts thought of everything and were easy to communicate with, the house felt bigger in person as well. The location to the lake was great!!

We were so happy to find this cabin. Ideal for our adult family group. Close to Grand Lake and several other area attractions. Our hosts were available and amenable to us. The cabin is very comfortable and roomy, even with a large party !! The outdoor patio area with fire pit fast became our daily gathering spot. Hoping to return someday soon !!

This was perfect for our group of small kids (ages 1-7) and adults. Kitchen had everything we needed and more, living room furniture was comfortable, games were a hit with the kids, overall very clean and in great condition. My only disappointment was that we didn't use the outdoor courtyard area because it was super windy the night we were there. Looked like it would be a great place to hang out, though. Communication with the owner was good and no complaints about the property. Thanks for a great family getaway!

Really loved the house, the layout is very cool and unique. The courtyard was also nice to play some yard games in with everyone. The master bedroom had an amazing bed.

Amazing property, and you can’t ask for better communication with the hosts. Can tell they are genuinely good people and they put great effort into making sure your stay is as good as it can get. 10/10 would recommend to anybody looking to stay in the Granby/ Grand Lake area.
