June 2024. First time visit for our 6 person family with 4 "kids" 24-17 yrs old. We have outgrown hotel life and this house was the perfect spot. It was even difficult to select a Master bedroom as they were all beautiful, comfortable and had a full bathroom- house was also spotless and the AC kept it cool and comfortable. The pool was a huge bonus as we spent most of our time in there when at the house and rooftop deck- great for morning coffee and nighttime happy hour/sunset. We grilled a couple of nights and the grill was super clean and worked well! The Kitchen was had everything we needed to cook breakfast / coffee every morning. The location was just minutes ride to Eagle Beach and others as well as night life less than a 5 minute ride which was perfect for the "kids" late night- The only reason I wouldn't give this location a 10/10 was the communication would take anywhere from 12-48 hours for a return message on my VRBO app. Now if we had anything pressing, which we didn't, I would have called and surely the outcome may be different but we didn't get a proper response about where the beach towels were until Tuesday after our initial outreach was Saturday. I need to end by saying the beds/sheets were super comfortable making a great night sleep simple!!

The house and pool is very nice and well laid out. The house has a bathroom to each bedroom, plus a half bath by the pool. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook. Good location with a short jaunt to the beach. We were provided linens, seven beach towels, and 6 beach chair's. The terrace upstairs has a terrific view of the sunset, where we spent most of our time in the evening. The most disappointing part of this rental, was that the rental company had poor communication! Also, if you use the grocery delivery, they are not very reliable, and most your items they don’t have, and just shows they’re going give you a refund. Make sure you check size if you were buying wine. Some are only half bottles. That store is also very expensive to buy from. I would suggest buying from the huge store near the airport before you get into your rental! That store is much cheaper and will have most everything that you’re looking for. We ran out of hot water and gas for the stove top on day two and had to make accommodations to go out to eat instead of being able to cook inside our home. Took them two days to come out to correct the stove issue. come to find out the problem was the large tank to hold propane could not be filled by the company. So the management company is using 5 gallon propane tanks for both hot water and stove top use. Needless to say one person got one warm shower before running out again. Manager never responded to my complaint. Poor management company!!! Beware!!

Very nice place. Enjoyed our stay. Pool was smaller than we thought but the outside sitting area was awesome!! Location was okay but would love to have a better walkway to Palm Beach.

No issues, great place!!

Neighborhood was quiet, house was spotless. We loved the layout and the pool was amazing. The fountains drown out any noise (added a more spa like feel) and the rooftop seating/bar area was amazing to watch sunsets, you could see all the ships passing by! We would stay here 100 times over a resort, very cloee to beaches and hotels. Taxis are cheap from there as well. Highly recommend!

The property was amazing. We went as 3 couples and one of the couples actually got engaged. The property is very well put together. Everything is very modern and updated. When I visit Aruba again, I will definitely be looking into booking this property. Thanks Casiola

Property was better than advertised. The management company was incredible!! They were extremely responsive and made sure we were taken care of. Will book this unit again!!
