This property was perfect for our group of 8. Lots of space and everyone had their own bedroom Great large kitchen and living room that held all of us no problem. We never felt like we were cramped. Janice and Bret were very responsive. Highly recommend!

We had a terrific stay at Pili Mai 9B. It’s immaculately kept, everything feels new, is comfortable, and was the perfect floorplan for two families to share. Good location in Poipu, walkable to some shops and restaurants. Absolutely recommend this condo.

Traveling with children isn’t always easy but Janice was very accommodating and made the stay very comfortable. It’s the perfect place for a family.

Accommodations were amazing! It was exactly what we expected and had all the amenities for beach time. Wish we could of stayed longer. Mahalo Carol and Chris

We loved everything about this location and place. It was clean, well decorated, and close to so many places. The only issue we had was we arrived late and could not get into the VRBO app and the unit number was not in Janice's welcome email. We tried calling her but did not get a response until the next day. I thought we were not going to have a place to stay that night. Luckily my 14 year old googled Janice and the unit number came up. Thanks again- we had so much fun!

This was a great place to stay. Plenty of space for our family 5 plus our parents. We appreciated all of the beach gear in the garage. The location was quiet and parking was easy.

The house was very nice with plenty of room for 8 people. Location was great with a very short drive or walk to the shops and beach. We also utilized and enjoyed the pool and exercise equipment. It was very hard to leave.

Relaxing home away from home

The condo was clean and well kept. The pictures in the listing are representative of the present condition. The beds were comfortable and adequate towels, etc were supplied. We enjoyed having the table on the lanai...we always gathered there and never ate a meal inside. The kids loved having the pool so close and we also visited several beaches in the area. The host could not have been more accommodating of special requests. All in all, a great place to stay.

This spacious property was very well equipped, clean, comfortable with gorgeous views and easy access around Poi'pu. We enjoyed our vacation all the more in such a beautiful place.

Property is awesome, it's a Diamond. Expertly equipped, Great condition with an excellent location. Owner's are very helpful and are available if any help is required. Lots of room for our family of 3 adult couples and 2 grandchildren. Pili Mai is a very nice condo property that's within walking distance to a number of restaurants and shopping. Without question we would stay here again whenever we visit Kauai. Thank you very much for sharing your home with us.

The property is very well located and maintained. We had a minor issue with the dishwasher and the property manager got back to us right away and resolved the problem. We highly recommend this location!

We had a very nice time in Poipu. The place was beautiful and super comfy. Loved the local eateries and shops and of course the beaches!

We absolutely loved the property! It had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped with all types of cooking supplies. We made breakfast everyday, grilled dinner at the pool and even used the rice cooker; the kitchen is especially well equipped with utensils and enough dining ware for groups. The beach supplies were also plentiful and provided us with fun, relaxed days. We had plenty of chairs, towels, umbrellas, snorkel gear and even boogie boards for everyone to enjoy. The community swimming pool is top notch with large hot-tub, kiddie pool, lodge/party area and kitchen that can be reserved; there is even a workout studio upstairs. Although good weather can't be guaranteed, the large 2nd floor lanai presents a fantastic view of the distant ocean & sunsets with morning viewing of the golf course. The location within Poipu was great, even a 1/2 mile walk to local shops made it even more convenient for those without a car. Trips to the beaches, spouting horn, shops and Old Koloa were 5-10 mins in a car and plenty of companies avail to rent golf style carts. We would definitely stay here agin if we return to Kauai.

We are frequent visitors to Kauai and have stayed many places around the island. Janice’s place was perfect for our family of 7. The kitchen / living room set up was comfortable for eating and relaxing. We really appreciated all of the beach gear available for our use. Janice was very accommodating and had one small issue taken care of very quickly.

The owners of this unit are fantastic. Had one small issue and they came over day of and took care of it. Friendly, understanding and the unit was immaculate. Can’t wait to visit Kauai and stay there again.

This quiet 4bdrm condo was beautifully decorated, with a very well equipped kitchen, games , books & DVDs, comfortable beds, lovely pool area, all the necessary beach toys/equipment, in close proximity to Poipu Beach & shopping. Awesome!

Our family really enjoyed our time at this lovely property. Aside from the pictures making the living space look a bit bigger, it is well-appointed and flows nicely. The owners were very attendant and communicated with us promptly. We loved the large lanai with dining outside overlooking the golf course and sunset, and Poipu Beach being a quick 5 minute drive or mile walk. We definitely recommend this property.

Really enjoyed staying at Janice’s property! The view from the lanai of the golf course was great and we ate at least 1 meal a day there. Our group was made up of 3 adult couples-we each had a private bathroom and comfortable king bed. The beach chairs, rolling cooler, umbrellas stored in the garage all came in handy. Walking to Poipu Beach was about 15 minutes and to Poipu Shopping Village 10 minutes. We bought groceries at Walmart and Big Save Koloa. Some great places to eat Pacos Tacos within easy walking distance, Koloa Pizza Kitchen, and not to be missed Lamppert’s Ice Cream!! Internet worked well. Figuring out the TV was the only tough part of our stay. Checking in and out was very easy. Janice was helpful and responsive to a couple of questions we had. We would definitely stay at this property again with a group!

Beautiful property and setting. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and the nearby pool. Nice to walk to the beach and nearby small shopping center and our favorite Pacos Tacos. Easy drive to snorkeling sites and longer island excursions. Owners were exceptionally gracious. Would definitely recommend it.

Nice quite, clean locations. Kitchen was stocked with lots of cups, plates, pots, and utensils. A bonus was the beach chairs, boogie boards and cooler. Great wifi (as I still needed to work) and its right near the pool!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this rental. Everything was as listed and there was even a welcome gift. Loved the extra space for our large family and the beach accessories available for our kids. Thank you for such a lovely accommodation.

Rare to find such a well equipped condo…from the beach chairs and sand toys to all the kitchen essentials, we had everything we needed. The location in the complex is excellent, the view is lovely, and we appreciated the large lanai tables that all 7 of us could enjoy our meals at. The beds were extremely comfortable…and tons of pillows to choose from. Highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again.

We had the loveliest vacation. This is definitely the nicest condo we have ever stayed at. It is spacious, very clean, well-equipped and new. It is a beautiful condo in a beautiful setting. We ate each meal on the spacious patio with beautiful views of the golf course and ocean. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. And each night, all 7 of us (my husband, our two teenagers, my parents, my brother and myself) would watch a movie in the living room. The beach was a short 5 minute drive and all beach essentials are provided in the garage (beach chairs, boogie boards, etc.). Beach towels are also provided. There is also a lovely pool and hot tub in the complex (very close to this unit) that we enjoyed each evening. The washer and dryer were very handy and laundry soap was provided, as were other essential items. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay here again. Janice was a superb host. She was in contact with us beforehand with all pertinent information. She was lovely, as was her home. Thank you, Janice. This was our first trip since before COVID and it couldn't have been lovelier.

Unit is quite new and well laid-out. Kitchen was very well equipped. The unit is set-back from the fairway a bit but overall the location is very good - 5 min drive to Poipu beach as well as shops, etc. Easy communication and check-in.

Janice was an excellent host. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Place is in a great location on the south shore. We had a wonderful family vacation.

It was like stepping into a well furnished and equipped home. From laundry detergent to to shampoo and conditioners, plenty of towels and beach equipment-- it was all there and made the stay incredibly. easy
