What can i say, the villa was absolutely amazing, it had everything we needed and more. 3 bedrooms, massive living area and kitchen. Air conditioning in all rooms if needed, also could be used for heating. Set in a great area, only 5 mins walk to the plaza where you will find bars and restaurants. If you hire a car then cabo riog and the beaches are only a 15 min drive away. The grounds to the villa are extremely well keep, gorgeous pool, putting green which my son loved and its own lemon tree. Parking area for a car if you need it. The owners were exceptional, if you needed anything they were available to help and provided excellent communication. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone.

First impression was WOW! This is a proudly maintained and spotlessly clean villa that has everything you need! We even cooked our Christmas lunch in the well equipped kitchen that has everything you could think of. Dishwasher was a god send for 6 of us! The living room was cosy with its flame effect fire and large TV, the owners even popped a little tree up and left us a card and a drink too! Beds are very comfy and the area is quiet so we had a great nights sleep. Plaza is a 5 min stroll with all types of cuisine. Communication with the owners is 5 star! We will definitely return to your home away from home villa in the future and will highly recommend it to our friends and family!

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Rick & Kim’s amazing villa. The villa is lovely, modern & clean and everything you would ever need is there. If you want to head to Villamartin Plaza it is a 5 min walk away to some fantastic restaurants.

Beautiful House that's more of a home, located on a quiet street that's a stones throw from all the restaurants bars and clubs is you want them ... everything you need on your hols ... Fab pool as well. Good communication with owners - handover process was seamless - Recommended

The villa was perfect. Everything we needed was there and on arrival it was very clean. The pool was clean and warm and perfect to get in when you were a little too hot. Comfortable beds and great seating areas dotted around the villa. The putting green was a bonus as we had a little competition going on all week and the weather,although a bit iffy for a couple of days,was lovely. Thanks Rick and Kim for the use of your wonderful villa,we will certainly be coming back.

The property was great and provided a wonderful place to stay for my family. There was a ton of great information provided about where to go and what to see and was greatly appreciated.

the booking process and the handover were both very straightforward. the location was ideal for our stay, it's just a few minutes walk to the plaza, a 10 minute drive to La Zenia beach and also the mall. We were blown away by the house and its beautiful gardens. We found absolutely everything we needed in the property and outside. we were spoilt for choice with outside seating areas, you can follow the sun all the way round. The interior is extremely comfortable, the whole house was very clean, there were plenty of towels, including beach towels. We will definitely be returning to this beautiful home, thank you!!

We have just returned from a 8 day break at the Villa and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The location of the property is great to close to Villa Martin Plaza with other places to visit near by. We enjoyed the private pool the kids just couldn't get enough of it. We were gutted we didn't book a longer stay. Thank you very much for letting us use your Villa.

A very nice villa within walking distance to Villamartin Plaza where there are plenty of bars and restaurants and the shops. You need a car to explore other areas so Villamartin is very central for this. This villa has your very own private pool which we didn't use that much as it it is too deep for the children. We did use the 2 communal pools that you have use of so this was ok. The property comes with all you need for the perfect stay. Perfect for our family of 5

A beautiful Villa, very spacious and everything you would need for your stay here. Lovely garden with pool, toys for children, plenty of sun loungers and different areas to sit in. Very convenient to walk to Villamartin Plaza especially if you have little ones. Great community pool near by. We didn’t hire a car so had to rely on taxi’s when travelling to other areas. Discovered an app called taxi booker, once downloaded type in taxi costa to book. Very reliable and easy to use. A safe and quiet area with a beautiful sea view in gorgeous surroundings. Hopefully will be back for another holiday here, Very much enjoyed by Lois, Gary, Caroline, Joshua & Amelia Rick and Kim are great hosts and are very helpful. Thank you.

This villa is just perfect! Wish we'd booked longer. The photos really don't do it justice. The garden is so pretty and the pool is gorgeous especially with such high temperatures. Couldn't ask for a better location. 5 minute walk to supermarket and plaza (not that I would know as I never moved from my sunlounger the whole time we were there apart from taking the bins down in the morning but my my husband told me). Neighbourhood is so peaceful and feels very safe Air conditioning in every room and a beautiful view from the roof terrace. Will definitely be back and using this property again. Good WiFi too according to my son and comfy beds. Couldn't really ask for more.

From the initial booking with Rick and Kim who were very helpful it was a breeze to book we have been happy. We stayed at this property for a week and it really is a very nice villa with everything you need and i mean everything for a comfortable stay. The villa is immaculate and Sharon who greeted us was very helpful. There was a Communal pool also but i doubt you would need this as the pool is a lot bigger than the pictures suggest and its nice and deep and very well maintained. The Villa is close to local Plaza which has a range of restaurants and Bars which were decent and very reasonably priced. Beaches which we visited are really nice and lots of them. We had a car for the duration and the restaurants out of the town are plentiful. In our opinion this is a perfect Villa for a smashing holiday. We will be booking next year once dates are available. Villa is beautiful, spotlessly clean with everything you could need and more. Lots of outdoor seating , lovely pool area, photos don't do the property justice. A really well cared for home from home. Very quiet and peaceful but only 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants in Villamartin Plaza. My only regret is that we didn't book for longer. Kim and Rick were great throughout booking process and meet and greet - excellent hosts. We'll definitely be back. Niki and the girls x
