We had a lovely break staying in Rose cottage. It ia surrounded by a pretty garden and nicely furnished inside.

Had a very enjoyable week at Rose Cottage. Hosts were very helpful with everything. The cottage is kitted out with everything you could think of and in a beautiful area and setting. Definitely recommend it.

We were looking for a quiet place in the country and this cottage was perfect. Very comfortable and welcoming. Beautiful gardens and fish pond. Lots of footpaths close by for hiking.

Beautiful Cottage, decorated to a very high standard with everything you would need for a relaxing break.
Liz & Keith are great hosts and made us both very welcome and nothing is to much trouble. We loved our stay and would definitely be back.

What can i say, we had a fabulous time! Liz and Keith are the perfect hosts, the property was amazing finished to a very high standard. Everything about it was lovely and the setting is perfect, Liz was very helpful with information about local places to eat and drink and local dog walks and they were very accommodating with our dogs. Defiantly recommend staying in this wonderful holiday home.

Lots of communication from the hosts prior to arrival to assist with absolutely everything. Easy to find the accommodation in such a beautiful setting. The home is absolutely gorgeous and finished to an extremely high standard. Ideal location for lots of day trips, but the house is so nice, you almost don’t want to leave! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay, very helpful and very friendly from the start.

Not only was the cottage beautifully furnished and equipped, the whole place was a gem! Sitting on the patio... looking at the beautiful garden and lovely old thatched house was certainly no punishment. Even when our car broke down and was at the garage, our vacation was well spend at this cottage. Liz and Keith have been the kindest! They had a warm welcome and they helped us out with the garage, showed interest in our wellbeing. Super kind!! Thanks again, we will come back!

This cottage is a jewel! While the pictures are really good, they don’t do justice to the cottage and the magnificent garden setting. We booked at a time we started renovating a home and had to postpone our trip. The owner could not have been more accommodating. Upon entering the cottage we found a welcome basket containing all locally sourced goodies.It was apparent from the moment we entered the gate to the property that years of care and love have gone into making it such a beautiful retreat from London.

We enjoyed our time at Rose Cottage. Liz and her husband were very helpful and happy to help with any queries. The cottage was clean, comfortable and very quiet. We would recommend this as place stay and enjoy the beauty of the South Downs.

Beautiful lodge in a stunning location and equipped with everything we needed for our time there.The host Liz was very welcoming leaving a lovely welcome pack of local produce.

The Accommodation was Very nice.
With a beautiful Garden.
But it is not Dog friendly.
There is no where for my dog to be walked or be able to do his business.
I was informed by a neighbour, that to walk my dog, i would have to get my car out each time and drive to a suitable place. As i had never been to this venue before, i had no idea where to take my Dog.

What a little gem - a beautiful cottage with every extra you could possibly want! Thankyou so much Liz and Keith for your wonderful hospitality - and for making our little dog so welcome!

The cottage is in the front garden of the owners thatched home. It. is very well presented and has plenty of cups, glasses and crockery. It is in a superb location and has been decorated to a fine standard. I could not fault anything about the cottasge and the owners Liz and Keith are available to sort out problems (if any, I had none) as they live on site. The cottage is very secluded and is ideally suited to a singleton or a couple. The electric charger is a CCS model. I will definitely be returning.

Extremely well equipped, warm and comfortable cottage with a huge double bed and marvellous word burner for the rainy nights we encountered. Large shower and really soft towels with a selection of excellent local beers and local wine in the welcome pack. Very good communication with the owners. Would definitely recommend for couples with or without a dog.

Liz and Keith were very welcoming and their cottage is in a beautiful setting. I highly recommend visiting them as the cottage is stunning, very clean and met our needs. They also welcomed our pet dog and provided space for her to relax in the front garden as well as her being allowed in the cottage.
Liz and Keith provided details of areas to visit and where to purchase nice food.
