I think the title sums up our stay perfectly, but to add on, the property was exceptionally suited for our family vacation. Ample space, rooms, beds, amenities, with great attention to detail in terms of decorations. Really was an amazing home, and we look forward to staying during our next visit!

Property was well stocked and had everything we needed. Adults loved having king sized beds that were comfortable in 4 of the bedrooms as well as the queen sized beds with the bunks in the family room.
On initial check-in our door code didn't work but host was quick to respond and unlocked the door remotely then reprogrammed the code for us - Thanks guys!
We made use of the clubhouse, pool and workout room during our stay and facilities were great.
We did have some small issues with water and air conditioner freezing up (it was 100-110 while we were there) but hosts responded right away and kept us in the loop with repairs.
We all agree this was a great stay and we would rent again!

The place was just as advertised. Clean, roomy and the perfect location for our daily adventures. And the community pool and amenities was a great way to unwind before turning in at the end of the day.

Everything was great! The house was a great home base to visit Zion and other parks nearby. Beds provided us a great nights sleep for our daily adventures. Our kids loved the pool and lazy river!

Great location if you’re visiting Zion National Park. It seems like an up-and-coming neighborhood with great views all around. The property fit 14 of us comfortably and we all had our own space to hang out. Very short walk to the clubhouse/pool area which we used every day. It had everything we needed.

We wanted a place to relax and be accessible to Zion and Bryce Canyon. The house was perfect, we had plenty of room and it had everything we needed. It was just as listed very clean, beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable.

We can't say enough good about this lovely townhome. Communication was great, the furnishings were beautiful and functional. and we found pretty much everything we needed. The pool, lazy river, and hot tub were a hit with the kids. Really, the perfect VRBO experience and close enough to Zion to make the trip easy. Thank you for letting us stay!

Thank you for letting us enjoy your place. Was close to Sand Hollow and also close enough to things to do in Saint George. Kids loved the pool and clubhouse and wife and I enjoyed taking walks in the neighboring areas. Look forward to coming again

This is a very clean and comfortable place with a ton of room. The lazy river would be really fun for kids!

The Legacy Retreat was a great place for our groups of 10 (4 adults and six kids 10-15 in age). Just 30mins from Zion Springdale entrance, the house is huge and has great sunrise and sunset views. Plenty of room - full kitchen and two clothes washer/dryers made things easy. The pool a few doors down is incredible - hot tub, pool, lazy river, outdoor propane fire pits. Would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

This property was amazingly clean, comfortable and very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay here. Kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of pool towels for everyone. Host was very prompt with communication. Would stay definitely stay here again.

We planned to visit Zion National Park, and the home was an easy 30 minute drive to the gates. We traveled with an 8-month old, and it was great to have the pack-and-play and high chair (something I hadn’t even expected). Even in December/January, the kids were able to enjoy the heated pool and hot tub. Such a great, clean home!

This was perfect for our multi family gathering. Plenty of rooms, beds, and bathrooms for everyone. Very clean, bright, and welcoming. Good location to access national and state parks in Southern Utah.

The was a perfect rental for our Thanksgiving holiday. With family living in St. George, we needed a little extra space for those traveling from out of town. This property was spacious and well furnished. The communication between the owners was simple and responses to our inquiries were received in a quick manner. We enjoyed the location for its proximity to Zions National Park and just a quick, short drive to St. George, Sand Hollow and Snow Canyon. We will definitely consider this property when renting again in the St. George area.

This property was everything listed in the description and more. The layout and decor was perfect for our group of 10 that included 5 adults and 5 kids ranging from 6-15. The kids loved the bunk room and there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The pool was a hit with the kids, and the decks and patios were an added bonus for the adults. This house was the perfect place to relax after a long day at Zion National Park!

This rental was more than we expected. Except for the construction it was perfect for us to visit Zion National Park. We were 10 adults and we had plenty of space. It was extremely clean and seemed to be new. We had a great time !!

This property is about 30 minutes from Zion. Walmart about a 3 mile drive and food in town. The home is nice and well taken care of. The common areas like pool, bbq pits and club house are clean and inviting. There is some construction still underway in the neighborhood. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Perfect for big family!
What a great place to call home! We stayed for a week with family from Italy, Germany, NY and Kansas City! We spet most of the week at Zion which was a short 30 min drive. In the afternoons we enjoyed the pool and were able to cook fantastic dinners! The house and especially the kitchen were well equipped with everything we would have at our own home! We will definitely be back again!

Perfect for us
There were 11 of us total that stayed here and the space was perfect. The pool was a short walk, the kids loved it. The house was clean, comfortable, and nice. The house was pretty central to some pretty cool places to hike too which was great. We had a few minor issues at first, like the code to get in wasn’t working and the garage door wouldn’t close, but Rachel was quick to respond and kind. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there and would do it again!

Outstanding Vacation Rental
The property is outstanding. It was exactly as advertised, very clean and the number of bedrooms/bathrooms was very convenient. The community pool was an awesome treat after spending the day in the desert! The property owner is very responsive and our experience overall was outstanding! Thank you for hosting our trip!
