Had a wonderful stay here. House was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything. Conveniently located about 4 blocks from downtown Loveland CO. Walked to several good restaurants. Grocery store is about 1 block away. Felt safe, very quiet. Did hear the train 2 of the 4 days during my visit... but found it relaxing. Excellent value for the money. Fire pit on the backyard is a nice touch. Planning on renting this house very soon !

The interior of this property is beautifully appointed as well as the kitchen was nicely supplied, however there was maintenance issues. When we arrived none of the sidewalks were cleared and had several levels of ice. When I contacted the office, I was told nothing could be done until morning, to which I replied that was not acceptable. TO Management's CREDIT, the situation was remediated, and I appreciate the snow and ice removal was taken care. The floors needed to be swept which I did do, and the coffee pot had grounds in the carafe. Be aware that the TV is only Roku which means you need streaming accounts to watch most of the programming. The location has ready access to the main streets, which worked very well for our needs. The train traffic was a unique experience.

This was a cute, with a well equipped kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms which worked out well for our group. The open living, kitchen, dining area is well lit and furnished.
We were very pleased with this VRBO rental.
The neighborhood is quiet and not far from old downtown Loveland.
There is a train that goes by once in a while, but was not a big distraction.

This is a very clean home. Stacey is very accommodating and the kitchen is well stocked. Perfect for extended business trip or probably even a family trip. Will stay again.

My family and I stayed for 3 nights and it was wonderful. The neighborhood was quite except for the train. It ran through but it was gone as quickly as it came. It snowed while we were there and made for a great time for a snow ball fight. All in all we enjoyed our stayed.

Newly remodeled. Well appointed and stocked w just about everything you could need. Great backyard w fire pit although we didn’t have firewood to use it. Comfy beds. Only thing I think needs upgrades are the pillows. Great location within minutes of anything in historic Loveland and also an easy jaunt to Estes and RMNP. Would definitely recommend.

I really enjoyed this property. One bathroom had a walk-in shower (easier for me), the other a tub/shower. We had our choice of 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is well put together. We even had jigsaw puzzles to put together! I would happily stay there again!

My family (elderly father, daughter and son-in-law) enjoyed the stay at this property. Very clean, within walking distance of downtown Loveland. Easy access to Hwy 287 and to I-25. The four of us were very comfortable, lots of space. Backyard is really nice - great lawn, grill and fire pit. My only suggestion is that it would have been nice to have a ramp for my Dad to go up rather than the steps, but we managed!

The good: Really liked the property and the location. Nice layout inside, bathrooms were good. I was able to walk to nearby restaurants. The not so good: There is a train within 1 block that honks its horn during the early morning hours - a lot. The lights above the counter were very dusty and we cleaned them.

We were very impressed with this house! The whole house was very clean and well decorated (not that decoration is the most important thing on vacation lol, but it made it feel very homey). The backyard was beautiful and a great place to hang out. We also loved that there were a couple games in the house - we had quite a few great Scrabble matches during our stay! We had one issue with one of the beds, but the property manager responded to me very quickly when I reached out. I would definitely recommend this place, and we would stay here again!

Graduation get away
This house is very clean. Provided a great place to hang out CSU graduation weekend. The house is well stocked; from the kitchen to the bathroom. Was completely shocked to find liter bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper. Games, puzzles and cards are provided for entertainment; didn't need to turn on the TV. The outside patio furniture was nice for hanging out in the warm sunshine. Please note that parking is on the street; it isn't possible to park in front of the garage. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Very comfortable place!
The house is super cute and has everything you need! It is downtown so there is a little traffic on the street sometimes but it wasn’t bothersome. They had everything we needed to get us started and thankfully had coffee and filters, paper towels, a hair dryer, washer and dryer with detergent. It was so nice to not have go buy all those things! It has beautiful windows all around and is very light and airy. Comfortable furniture and plenty of closet space (with hangers!)
Definitely a lot of thought was put Into the place and we enjoyed it very much!

A Perfect Getaway
This property was exactly what I needed. The house was clean, nicely decorated, well-equipped. I had a very nice, restful stay. One of my favorite things to do was to sit in the couch in the early morning while I sipped coffee. I watched as the room filled with beautiful morning light as the sun rose every morning. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect family getaway
We greatly enjoyed our stay at this cute and fully renovated home. It was quaint, beautiful, and well-equipped. Well-stocked kitchen (we didn't do much cooking, but what we needed was definitely there!), clean and perfectly appointed bathrooms, simple and well-decorated bedrooms. We arrived late in the evening, with no problems checking in. We were awakening each morning by the train (less than a block away!), but as early risers, it was perfect timing to get the day going! Would definitely stay here again if our travels take us to this area!
