Very clean, great location, lots of room for my family. Would stay again!!!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. There was more than enough space for our family of 7 adults, 1 teen, and a 3 year old. The dining area had space for everyone to eat together and had all the kitchen items needed to prepare meals. The outside space was nice to sit outside during the rain and to watch the beautiful sunsets. The house is in an area that makes walking to the beach very easy and quick. We really enjoyed our stay at this home.

This home was perfect for me, my adult children, and grandkids. The open floor plan is great. The kids loved the game room. All the extras in the kitchen was impressive. There were coffee k-cups, lots of spices, extra dishwasher pods, laundry pods. It was so nice to not just have one use items.

The house is perfectly laid out and beautifully decorated. It’s easily walking distance to the beach and a short driving distance to several great restaurants. The communication was fantastic and the house was clean and ready when we arrived. A great property that I absolutely plan to rent again.

We enjoyed our weekend stay here. The house was extremely clean and in pristine condition. The check in process & keypad for in & out use was so convenient. We loved the big porch outside and game area in the garage. The beds were also SO comfy! One thing I’ll add is that 3/4 bedrooms bring in a lot of light with little mitigation from the curtains which probably wouldn’t be a problem for most people getting up early for a beach trip, but just thought I’d mention if you have an eye mask to bring!!

Our family of 7 had a wonderful time. Felix’s was great food and atmosphere. Just a short walk to the beach. The only downside was having to cross multiple lanes of busy traffic (holiday weekend) which was worrisome for some who may not move as quick as they used to.

This property was amazing!!!!!! Beautifully decorated, spacious, family friendly, and equipped. This property had everything we needed, a nice space for the kids to play in the garage, and place for our swim things. There was beach umbrellas, beach chairs, a wagon and some toys. The property managers were great to work with and they were prompt in communication. There is a walk to the beach about 1 block and then crossing Beach Blvd, but we did this several times, with children, and had no issues. The beach was clean and not crazy busy. Our family vacation was memorable and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Mississippi!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful, well equipped and in a great location. There was plenty of space for the nine of us. There was only one minor issue in regards to housekeeping. Being that we had two small children (one crawler) staying with us we noticed the floors needed to be mopped a little more thoroughly. But not an issue that deducted from our stay. We drove the very short distance to the beach and were able to use the restroom at the house due to its closeness. Premchand was extremely helpful and quick to respond to all questions. We would definitely stay at this location again. Thanks again for everything Premchand

We had a small family reunion with 5 adults and 2 children and the house was perfect. Beautiful interior - very beach-y and calming decor. Plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the bunk bed rooms and the game room in the garage. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for making and enjoying family meals together. Check-in was so easy and the house had everything we needed - kitchen supplies, coffee, plenty of extra blankets. Just a few minutes to walk to beach for a beautiful sunset. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying in the house again. Thanks to the hosts!

3 families from TX..GA..and Fla..all visited Gulfport to rally around and support our brother in law who is a local Gulfport resident currently having health issues! This house was perfect for all of us! Very clean..well stocked..decorated so well...and so easy to hang out and cook...play games..watch movies etc! The garage area was a favorite hang out..thanks to the ping pong table...foosball..and corn hole games! Our kids loved the bunk room..with the TV...so they could watch cartoons! Prem is a wonderful host...very quick to respond and made check in very easy!! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your gorgeous home...we will be back!!!!

The house, the location and the communication with Prem were the absolute best! Myself, my family and my friends (ages 62 to 3 years old), all enjoyed the relaxing and comfortable feel of the house. The view and beach access were wonderful. Even though it is not directly on the beach highway, we were able to enjoy watching the cars pass by for the Cruisin The Coast from the spectacular front porch! The beach and the highway are a very short walk and everything you need you for the beach is there for you! It is an amazing place and Prem was a great host!

From the layout to the stocking of the place to the fantastic communication Prem is obviously a pro at running a VRBO. We're frequent renters and put this rental experience right at the top of our list for professionalism. If we're back in the area we will definitely stay here again. Oh and by the way - while we certainly appreciated having multiple bed rooms and bathrooms the one bunk bed room seems like it could have fit our whole party. If it is allowed you could easily put six people in this one room!

Very nice property, clean big, furnished well, unfortunately the view we were expecting wasn't there. Yes you can see some ocean but majority of the view was the big hotel in the front and the house nextdoor.

Fantastic location with Gulf views!
We stayed for five days in July 2022. There was plenty of room for our group of five adults and five kids. The house was clean and new. It took about two minutes to walk to the beach. The owner provided board games in the house and table tennis, bag toss, and foosball in the garage. There were also beach umbrellas and chairs and a wagon to take to the beach in the garage. The owner was quick at replying and answering questions. They even let us check in early! It was our first time visiting the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and we had a great time. We're already looking at when we can stay here again!

We rented this home for Easter weekend with family and really enjoyed it! The house was very clean and was stocked with everything we might need. The downstairs game space was great for entertaining the kids and we loved that they provided beach toys/wagon to easily enjoy the beach across the street. We will definately stay here again!

Beach access was easy
We enjoyed our stay and the location, the beach was perfect for our small children. Very calm and easy to access. The house was neat and clean and had everything we needed. There was groceries near by and great seafood with a cajun slant. We would stay again.

The stay was awesome the house was very spacious and the owner was very nice during our stay. I give 10 star rating on this home. Communication was impeccable I will definitely rent again the price was also affordable

This place is amazing is all I can say. Everything we needed was there.
From checking in to departure was fantastic. It is a new property and everything was perfect. The beds are comfortable and the living area was awesome. I will definitely rent again if we are back in the area. Close to the beach, just a short walk. We grilled and played games, they have several to choose from. Top notch place and our family loved it.
