Great stay! We loved the “leave an ornament” idea! We appreciated that everything was well labeled and there were tons of games and puzzles to keep everyone busy. Having the river right down the path was also amazing! Thanks again for the great stay! (The only reason I gave cleanliness 4 stars wa because we found a very dirty sock under the bed in the master - aside from this, everything was very clean)

In all our years of staying in VRBO’s, we’ve never had a house as cozy, accommodating and generous as this one. Very clean, comfortable, with extra touches that welcomed us throughout—like the coffee bar, extra games, fun themes in the rooms, Roku with subscriptions (which was very nice, as our family has none), and an adjustable bed! Location was perfect—minutes from downtown and the park. My husband and son were extra happy to be able to fly fish in the river behind the property—they caught more in it than in their guided tours! :)

We loved our stay at the charming Riverjoy property in Estes Park, much provides with extremely close proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park. Our family of grandparents, parents and kids (including a 5 month old) had a great time around the large kitchen table area and also in the lower level movie theater area! The hot tub as also a highlight for the adults. Thank you, Liz, for your kind hospitality and the use of your Colorado property. We hope to return someday for more hiking adventures!

Our group of 3 couples had the absolute best time here. The clean condo, the spacious areas and incredible views were well worth it. Close enough for walking into the city for coffee, great food and cocktails made our adventure all that more fun. Would highly recommend staying here for all to enjoy.

The property location was perfectly situated between Estes Park and RMNP entrance. The home was spotless and had all the amenities that one would need. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this home.

The house was immaculate! Every amenity was provided that you could hope for. The imagination and creativity the owner put into the rooms is evidence of the concern she has for her guest to have a memorable time! The location is easily accessible and just a short walk from a beautiful path along a river. Be sure to take a walk to Coffee on the Rocks…Lovely place. The host is immediate on responding and so pleasant.
P.S.don’t forget to bring an ornament from your state, team, college etc to put on the Christmas tree!

Our entire family loved this property. It is the most well-equipped rental we have had to date. The details are so fun in every room. The kids loved the theatre, we played lots of board games, the hot tub got plenty of use, the grill was easy to use, the adjustable master bed is amazing, and I could go on.
The location is excellent as well for either visiting Estes Park or heading into Rocky Mountain National Park; you're right in the middle! The largest elk we saw all week was less than a mile up the highway.

From the labels on the kitchen cabinets to the extra toiletries, the keurig, the ease of the tv, the extra spices/condiments, fluffy pillows, nightlights, and shoe tray, it is very apparent that the owners thought about little details for the visitors and the extra effort is appreciated. The movie room was perfect, the hot tub was great, and everyone enjoyed the decor. Location was central - close to RMNP and Main Street. Would definitely return.

We brought our family of 6 here the week before Christmas! The whole house was beautifully decorated! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, small appliances, etc. We enjoyed use of the theater room, hot tub, and our kids loved playing air hockey. Each bedroom was beautifully decorated with a different theme. Close to downtown Estes in a nice quiet neighborhood! We will definitely be back!

We have stayed at many vacation rentals all over the US and this one had literally anything you could possibly think of. It was the best equipped kitchen we've ever seen, which made the stay even more comfortable and easy. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. There were lots of small touches that made a huge difference such as having kleenex boxes around every corner, disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, as well as leaving a Christmas ornament for us to take home. Communication with owner was excellent. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone, especially for families. The games and the movie theater were both big hits!

It was as advertised, and even better. We have stayed in condos around the country, and this one was the best stocked, every need was meet! A million dollar view, great media/theater room, able to walk to many areas, accommodated 7 of us easily. Next time we go to Colo, we will come back here.

Upon arriving, the place was clean and offered a lot of amentities that helps you feel comfortable during your stay. The location is great, right next to Rocky Mountain National Park, and only 1/2 mile to downtown Estes. There's even a small creek with a nice path to walk only 30 yards away. Check in was easy and the Property Manager was nice. Overall, it was great mini vacation and River Joy was perfect!

This home exceeded all expectations! Everything is EXACTLY as pictured and super clean. We loved the hot tub and theater room. The kids had a blast with the air hockey table and dart board. Everything is labeled and there are clear, written instructions around the property. Very well organized. Lots of extra towels, blankets and pillows. The beds were so comfy. Shampoo, conditioner and soaps were provided. We liked being able to park in the garage. Wonderful location!! We would definitely stay here again. This home did not disappoint. Thank you for a wonderful vacation getaway.

We really enjoyed this property. It was perfect for our group of 6 (Family of 4 and 2 friends). The townhome was wonderfully appointed. Anything and everything we could need was there. Kuerig station was fully stocked on arrival which was very nice. We loved the decor and it fit perfectly during out stay for a 'Christmas in July' on the main floor. We also really enjoyed movies in the evening on the big screen on the bottom floor. But all the rooms were wonderful and very comfortable and inviting. While we didnt ever get in the hot tub, im sure it was wonderful as well lol. Would most definitely stay there again. 5*'s all the way!

It was a beautiful home and property!! Elizabeth was easy to talk to and get a hold of if we needed anything. The house was so well stocked that we didn’t have to worry about anything other than food and drinks. The beds were very comfortable and the basement was a huge hit with my 20 and 22 year old boys. It was such a relief that there was a high chair and a baby gate to keep my 2 year old granddaughter away from the steps. We loved staying here and would equally love to come back and stay again. Loved the location and the way this property is listed and managed. Super organized and appointed! Also, appreciate the quick response to the few questions that we had.
Only thing which could be improved, in my opinion, is to cut back a bit on the holiday decor. The tree in the family room upstairs left little room to navigate people and bags. Same with trees on main bath counter.

We had a great time at this property. Very clean, up to date, lots of games & activities at the house. House has everything you need whether you want to stay in or go out. Kids loved the theatre room & the hot tub. Lots of wildlife in the back yard. Owners were very responsive when we had to message them about a few things. The home is beautiful, in a peaceful community with easy access to the river. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children to spread out and plenty to do. The owners thought of just about everything in regard to amenities and “extras”. The holiday theme was an added bit of fun. Bring your personalized ornament to place on one of the trees!!! Beautiful Mountain View from the balcony as well. Great stay all around!!

We had a great long weekend here! Hot tub was relaxing and movie room was perfect way to relax at the end of the day. One perk of this place is the Roku has everything signed in so you don’t have to use your own login info and forget to sign out at the end of your stay. We were even able to watch the Super Bowl on fox sports app. Very close to town which has a Safeway making grocery shopping very convenient. All in all a great place to stay!

Super nice cozy place! Nice and spacious, comfy beds, clean, well organized and decor is perfect! It came supplied with regularly household items.as well as kitchen items! Parking was easy inside garage. Location was great! Definitely would recommend and hope to come back one day! My friends also loved it!

The location was great. The property was well appointed and very close to town and Rocky National Park. It’s a great spot. You have a trail where you can walk next to the river and get to a coffee shop close by. The pictures are exactly what you get with the property. It was a great stay!

This has got to be one of our top homes we have had the pleasure of staying at. Every single space was clearly well thought. When going to a first time property you never know what items you will still end up needing. Riverjoy surpassed our expectations and was stocked with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. The Theatre Room was a hit, kitchen was perfect, heard of Elk were right outside the back window and made their way to the front of the house. Proximity to downtown and RMNP was absolutely ideal!!!

The property was just as described. The location was great for us, the set up of the home worked well, the "extras" provided such as the games, coffee, and toiletries were a perk. Everything was laid out nicely in the visitor book so that we had no questions during our stay. Thank you so much!
