We had an absolute great time! Room was super cozy/ clean/ everything functional…. Pool and picnic area were very nice and the river access was amazing. Thank you.🙏💪👍

We enjoyed our first stay at this rental. It was exactly as described and the cleanest rental we have experienced. It's right next door to a tube rental and great for relaxing on the river. We were just a block from a great restaurant and it was nice and quiet. The owners were great communicators. We hope to come back again!

We met our daughter and her family here (7 of us plus 1 dog). I have never stayed anywhere but a hotel so this was our first time at a Vrbo property. The grounds are nice, river is right there. Room was clean, well supplied and comfortable. Check in process was simple. The location is good and very close to restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.

Really enjoyed the quiet setting, so close to downtown. Lots of nature out your doorstep with the deer and all the conveniences you need to have a comfortable stay.

We will definitely be back. Great location,very clean, right on the river!! We will definitely be back the next time we come to hill country. The host is easy to contact and very friendly. 100% recommend.

The condo was very nice and in a convenient location for tube rentals. There were plenty of towels and linens for 6 of us. Would definitely recommend it and hope to stay again.

Great place to stay for a holiday trip.

The condo had plenty of space for our family and was the perfect weekend get away!

Clean, well appointed, and convenient condo located just off the traffic circle. Great view of the Comal River and the pool area from the patio. We did not cook in the unit but there appeared to be plenty of plates and cooking utensils. The covered parking under the A building is limited to vehicles with a maximum height 6' 1". Too close to try it for our Ford Expedition. There is plenty of parking in the open. We were there during the week and it was very quiet. For tubing, there is a tube place within walking distance of the complex. Muss & Fuss is fun with an excellent regional beer selection. Krause's Cafe has a great covered, open eating area with a nice selection of beer on tap. The menu is a bit eclectic to be called a German restaurant but the sausage and schnitzel were tasty.

The listing is as advertised, no disappointments. The condo was very clean and updated. My family and have zero complaints about our stay. Matthew was great and made sure all of our needs were met and thensome. Highly recommend.

Located near downtown is a plus. Alot of restaurants/bars to walk to. We enjoyed our stay. WIFI is pretty bad though. Do not recommend to stay here if you have to rely on WIFI to do work while out of town (which was our group). A few remotes had dead batteries as well. Other than these small things, totally recommend staying here.

We would look this one up again if we return to the area!

This condo was absolutely beautiful! My husband and I stayed Labor Day weekend for our wedding anniversary and we had such a relaxing time. The condo was stocked with everything we needed to cook with. There was some seasonings available for cooking but not what we needed for our dinner. Which was no big deal, H‑E‑B is right down the road. The condo is in a perfect location to all the stores, downtown shops and Gruene Hall. We will definitely book this condo again in the future! We loved that the price to rent the condo for a long holiday weekend was very reasonable. I highly recommend renting! We can’t wait to book again!

My family traveled from Houston to NB for an end-of-summer vaca before school started. The unit was great! It had everything we could have needed and then some. The tube rental is literally next door, which was super convenient! We walked every morning to various bakeries or cafes. Loved the neighborhood! I’d book here again.

This condo is wonderful. The location is basically right in town, on the Comal River near the head waters and right next door to a tube rental place. You are 5 minutes from the Schlitterbahn and maybe 7 minutes from Gruene. The condo is wonderfully updated, fully stocked, super comfortable and has a private balcony, pool and hot tub. The communication with the owner was the best we've experienced. Just can't say enough about how great our stay was! Thanks, Matt!

Communicating with Matt was extremely easy and always helpful. The condo was clean and well organized. The proximity to the pool, Comal River and Schlitterbahn couldn’t have been better. Awesome!

This complex has great river access and I nice concrete bulk head. It is a very convenient spot to enjoy all that the river has to offer (tubing, swimming, snorkeling, fishing, etc.) with no hassle. This unit is great and well stocked with everything we needed, including an air pump (which we had forgotten).

The condo was great! The beds were comfy and spacious. The location was perfect! It was so close to everything! We will definitely be back again!
