This home was furnished with everything we needed for our stay. We ate several meals in and had all the cookware to do so and there were two grocery stores very nearby. Having a washer and dryer helped us to pack lighter and still have everything we needed each day on our adventures. The home was exactly as described. Communication with the host was great and entry was easy. I was very pleased with our stay and would gladly stay there again anytime.

Had a fabulous time visiting our family and sight seeing at Talkeetna, Hatcher’s Pass, Willow Iditarod Museum. Next time Valdez family.

This was a perfect place for my husband and I and our 2 kids to stay while visiting Anchorage. Great location. Super easy to get to and close to food/grocery places. Very clean and modern looking. Lots of amenities in the kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Everything was easy from booking to checking in and checking out. It was close enough to walk to the Far North Bicentennial Trail, which was great for XC Skiing. The place was spacious, and it was nice to have everything we needed for our stay.
The hosts were great at answering all of questions, and the information provided before we arrived was thorough and well thought out.
I'd highly recommend this VRBO for your Alaskan adventure.

My family and I stayed for 4 nights. This house was in a lovely neighborhood and had everything we needed during our stay. We had activities booked in Palmer, Seward, and Anchorage and this house was great to come back to after a full day of driving and sightseeing.

This was the lower unit so it was a bit dark but very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There’s a great pay it forward food area which we added to. Thank you!

Everything about this property was as advertised. Lots of space, absolutely clean, about 15 min. drive from downtown, good beds etc. The neighborhood is sort of a transition area and within a few miles there were many fast food choices but not much else. Being foodies we found ourselves heading downtown to eat. Plenty choices there. Our exit surprise was finding beautiful lilies and other flowers against the kitchen wall of the house--nice:) For a 3 bedroom need and to avoid the high costs of staying downtown, we would choose this property again:)

We had 4 adults and 2 kids stay. It was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. We were in town for a wedding and to visit family and this provided a convenient location to get to anywhere in Anchorage. The only down side was one shower with 6 people. Overall it was a fine property.

Our family of five enjoyed this home.. it completely met our needs and was in a great neighborhood location to explore the Anchorage area. Having laundry was super helpful after hiking, etc communication with hosts was easy and quick! Would definitely recommend

I got this place for my elderly mother. It was very easy to access the place. It was a very nice cozy place to spent time with family. When I have family visiting again we would definitely see about staying here. The host are amazing sweet people.

The place was perfect for our needs. The full bath toilet was sketchy at times Wish trash days were posted. Our trash built up very quickly. Location was great kitchen was nicely equipped

This was a great experience. Extremely clean, well laid out property and very nicely furnished. Even had a Keurig with some coffees.
We had issues that might have delayed us but Danielle was amazing and in the end everything worked out the way planned but it was awesome having someone willing to work with us in the day and age.
Will definitely be staying here every time we go to Anchorage.

Wonderful hosts who were extremely responsive and diligent in solving an internet access issue with the local cable company - which is never easy, anywhere.

We enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable rental and will recommend to others who need lodging in Anchorage. Our group had a few extra needs and the owner was very accomodating and responsive even as I was contacting him at the last minute. Quiet and convenient location. Comfortable beds and couches, cozy fireplace and big tv. Kitchen had what we needed. Enough dishes provided that we were able to completely fill the dishwasher over the course of the stay.

This was an okay place for our adventures.
Pros - central location, spacious, 1.5 baths, adequately supplied kitchen pots and pans, washer and dryer.
Cons - It is a two-story place with this being the downstairs unit allowing you to hear your upstairs neighbors.

Nice rental! My only dislike is that there were brown towels. I like white towels so that I can ensure they are clean. Overall, I would definitely stay and recommend this location.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a very spacious warm and comfortable home. We had everything we needed, the owners were very kind. Beautiful grounds also. We were close to other family and friends who were up here for our mom’s 80th birthday bash. We will definitely use them again. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We were in town for a class with the Air Force. We all really enjoyed the stay and the property. Very clean and well kept and was in a great location for us.

Nice place for our group. We had an issue with a door lock and the home owner fixed it right away. Overall very good experience! Definitely recommend this location.

Family Vacation
The home was extremely clean inside and manicured outside. The beds were comfortable for our family. The rooms were very spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped. The dinning table was a bonus for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well game night. The home owner was communicative and helpful with our questions.

Answered questions about recommendations to help us enjoy the trip and was so easy to work with. Was concerned about sharing one shower, but worked out perfectly (half of us preferred morning showers, the others preferred before bed). Nobody ever had a cold shower. The laundry was so convenient and helped us not have to pack so many clothes! Thank you for the use of your home! It was a vacation none of us will ever forget!
