The guest casita feels like it own place. It's distance from the main house gives great privacy. The size was perfect for us 4 it gave enougf room for the kids to play freely but never to be out of earshot. We didn't spend many hour outside but the property is beautifully organized and the pool is incredible. Roxy is a very friendly pooch. Thank you Theodore

The home is beautiful. The host is very responsive and respectful. We spent a lot of time in Las Cruces with no stress about our stuff. It was a great vacation and a big portion of that was due to staying here. The host will send a very detailed set if instructions that help you get setup so read them when received. Thank you Theodore we wish we had more time at your wonderful home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We booked 17 nights and it was a great experience. The home and grounds are new, clean, and exceptionally well maintained. The hosts; Theodore and Rachel were very gracious and accommodating. We'd love to visit again!

could not be cleaner, country vibes (short distance from town) with chickens, cows, goats and one "treat seeking" dog! only there for one nite as we were traveling thru- highly recommended.

We were staying in Las Cruces for some work at the Spaceport. This site was perfect. Clean, spacious and comfortable, true full kitchen (we like to cook!) Situated in very pleasant pecan groves. Hosts were kind, considerate and respectful of our privacy. We would gladly stay here again.

Stayin in someone’s backyard couldn’t be nicer with green grass and surrounded by orchards. The sound of goats and birds was wonderful.

We were at this location for about 3 months. It was a great place to stay, very nice people. It was very private and quiet. Loved the area as an outdoors couple the hiking and adventures around the Las Cruces region was very delightful. I certainly highly recommend this location for a pleasant/peaceful and relaxing stay. The large hot tub/pool was very helpful after a long day hiking in the mountains.

The Casita was very nice and comfortable. We didn't get to use much if the amenities during out short stay but everything was well stocked and clean. Theodore was extremely accommodating to us.

What a pleasure it was staying at "Casita at the Mediterranean Palms Estate". We have been on a 10-day road trip and not one property that we stayed was true to what they show in their listing, except this one. The owners go out of their way to ensure the Casita is warm and welcoming. I loved how responsive they were to my questions. The pool-spa was such a treat after being on the road for this trip. We highly recommend this property - it is worth every penny and if in the area again, would not hesitate to book it again. I by profession am a hotel inspector, so I know full well what the standards are for the star rating for properties, and I give a hearty "5 Stars" for this property!

This is a great VRBO for my family and I. It is very clean and comfortable.. The upstairs bedroom has a low ceiling so I would recommend it for kids.. The yard /courtyard was great!! Highly recommended!!

Lovely, quiet and clean
Very nice house with everything one could ask for. Pool/spa was wonderful after a hard day of work.... No noise at all on the property. Owners clearly care for this property in every way. Was a great base to stay on the Las Cruces are, very close to shopping and everything else but just far enough to feel secluded. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful Property
Two friends and I rented the Casita for a quick relaxing getaway and had a great time! The Casita was exceptionally clean and the property was beautifully maintained. Their attention to the little details to make our stay the best did not go unnoticed. Perfect host.....Theodore thank you!

I want to thank Theodore for a great stay! My friends came down from Houston and it was just an amazing experience. Theodore made us feel very welcome. This is a very clean house. We loved the jacuzzi! I truly recommend this home!

Love this Property!
This property is exactly as described in the posting, but was even cuter and more roomy than I imagined! My only disappointment was that it is winter and I had to work all day. As a result, I didn't get to enjoy the pool or the grounds. I would definitely go back!
