This is a wonderful property! Right on the water and walking distance to absolutley everything in town. My family and extended family stayed here- a total of 10- and it was perfect! The hosts were easy to reach with questions before our stay and super helpful. Highly recommend!

Located in a beautiful setting overlooking the harbor and ferry terminal, it is convenient to everything in Bayfield. Local shops and businesses are only minutes away on foot. The unit is on the upper level, quiet, very bright and nicely furnished. Matt was wonderful in communicating, and very helpful coming up to and during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful condo in Bayfield. The view was amazing, condo was very clean and had lots of space. We really enjoyed the location and walked to everything. The town had a great coffee shop, wonderful restaurants and the locals were very friendly. Definitely worth going back again and experiencing in another season. Also the owner was very easy to communicate with.

We hosted a outdoor adventure for a Veteran, Law Enforcement Officer, and a Firefighter out of this house. The house exceeded all of our expectations and was perfect for our event. Would definitely stay here again.

We travel to Bayfield a couple times a year and have stayed at a variety of rentals, and this was easily our favorite of the bunch. The space is bright and airy, and the view over the marina and out toward the islands is amazing. The condo is situated so that you always get a nice view and great light, whether you are on the deck or inside. The space is huge, but functional, without much wasted space. We had a smaller group, but this could comfortably fit two families with plenty of areas to spread out. Since it was cooler, we spent a lot of time by the fireplace, which was a nice feature. Communication with the host was easy and quick, and check in was a breeze. Plus, you are right downtown, so everything is walkable. The only note to be aware of is that it is a 3rd floor unit without an elevator — not an issue for us, but could be for some.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The building is showing some wear, but this unit was fine and located in an ideal spot in Bayfield. A good value.

We had family stay at this condo for our daughters wedding in Bayfield. The location is beautiful. The deck and kitchen/living area overlooked the lake and harbor. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful weekend in Bayfield in this excellent property. The condo is spacious and comfortable and the location is awesome. Great views from the deck and a very short walk to the Madeline Island Ferry and Apostle Island boat excursions. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect spot to stay in Bayfield. The place was spacious and extremely comfortable to stay with our family. Incredible views from the deck. The location was the best and walking distance to downtown, ferry and boat tours. We would absolutely stay here again.

We have been coming to Bayfield for several years, staying at various locations. At long last, we have found our favorite place! Everything was delightful, from the beautiful and comfortable interior to access to the marina, shopping, and dining downtown. You’ll wake up to bright sunshine streaming into the living/kitchen area, but by the end of the day, can enjoy the relaxing and shady deck. We ate in more than we usually do on vacation because it was so pleasant sitting outdoors overlooking the marina. There was plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable and have their own space, and as a family of five, we really appreciated having access to a washer and dryer after a day of hiking and boating. We are already looking forward to next year!

This was the PERFECT place for my family to stay when my son got married on Madeline Island. The rental was very clean, spacious, and the view of Lake Superior was impossible to beat! Coffee and orange juice on the patio as the sun came up and meals and conversation as the sun set made the wedding experience all the more special. The open common area was an ideal gathering space for our families. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location for walking around the town of Bayfield. The bar across the street was noisy at night.

Fantastic property; everything was as advertised; the owner was very easy to deal with and very accessible; the property is conveniently located to take advantage of the ferry for beautiful Madeline Island and nearby kayaking; Bayfield is a charming town enjoyed by our whole family; I highly recommend this rental; the only disappointment was the rain on July 4th that cancelled the fireworks ….. we were in the prime location to see them; maybe next year (haha)

Our extended family shared this spacious condo right down on the shore! Gorgeous views and walkable to everything Bayfield has to offer! Short drive to many trailheads! Was not as well accommodated as we expected (had to purchase more TP, more dish soap, and very little available for kitchen towels.) But all in all a wonderful place!!

Great location! Great set-up, especially the outdoor seating on the deck, and great host! Can't wait to come back.

Wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee while watching boats. Spectacular views, spacious living, and perfect location for all your vacation activities.

Overall the property was nice, plenty of bedrooms and sleeping areas, views of the lake and marina were great, nice walking trails and close to many shops, restaurants, coffee shops, hiking trails and ferry rides. Parking was fine for 1 car but others had to park on the street and this could be more difficult during the busy season.

Location is phenomenal. Can't beat the views from the deck!

Matt responded promptly to all of my questions prior to our trip. When we arrived, the keys were not in the lock box as they were supposed to be. There were a few minutes of worry and confusion while we waited for Matt's reply and access to our condo. A maintenance man was working on plastering and painting one of the rooms while we were unloading and getting settled in. It was not much of a bother at all and he gave us additional information for our stay in Bayfield. Would use this service again.

Everything was wonderful about this property down to the ultra soft sheets. It is spacious with plenty of sleeping space and has wonderful deck/view of Lake Superior. Being right downtown, we were able to walk to the stores and establishments. Our host was very responsive and gave us recommendations of where to go in town. I would highly recommend!

We had a lovely trip! The property was excellent. We were able to watch the traffic on the ice road while enjoying the cozy gas fireplace. Great food within walking distance. And good family skiing close by meant that we all slept really well.

Beautiful convenient

My sister, myself and her 4 teenagers stayed for a long weekend. We were in awe at how beautiful this condo is. I was just looking for a convenient place to stay when we went dogsledding but were thrilled with the spacious and beautiful setting. Matt was accommodating as he could with our check out time to make the trip even more enjoyable. As expected there is limited activities in Bayfield in Jan but what you do find is great. Thank you Matt
