Great location, close to Trax, Trader Joes, Smith's Market, other shops and restaurants.

Encore Apartments say they do not allow short term rentals here. I was told to say I was with a Corporate Lease, which I was not. Was overcharged for my stay with no EXACT reason given as to why. Initial lock box code & garage fob didn't work. Much difficulty trying to get into building. Because of new construction, there is really no view. Really nice gym, comfortable bed, w/d nice to have.

The actual apartment was fine. My main complaint about the apartment was that the sofa bed was awful. I have been on some pretty bad sofa beds before but this was by far the worst. My second complaint is about the whole process. This was my first experience with a Vrbo rental and I don't think I will do it again. To start with the check-in process was quite complicated (compounded by the fact that the host sent me the wrong instructions!!!): Park on the street (there was no street parking, by the way...my husband just waited in the car on the corner), get a fob to get in the building out of a lockbox, go up to the fourth floor apartment, get another fob to get into the garage, park in the garage, and finally you can get out an unload your car. Secondly, we were asked by the hosts not to bother the apartment building staff, and that if anyone approached us to state that were were staying in a corporate lease, not a Vrbo rental. I don't even know what a corporate lease is, and I'm a terrible liar, so I'm glad no one said anything. The whole experience left me with a feeling like I was staying in someone else's home without being invited. Finally, I'll add that this apartment building is quite nice but it seems to be on the edge of a recently gentrified neighborhood. So, if you head towards the grocery store, which is conveniently only a block away, you are in a pretty sketchy part of town.

Stylish apartment was more than just style. It was clean and comfortable. Great location. The apartment had everything we needed (kitchen, cookware, etc. laundry, WiFi). Timely communication with host. Explicit directions. Would highly recommend this apartment.

The accommodations were true to the pictures. It is a stylish place with many amenities like a workout facility and golf simulator. The facility was clean and the property managers were accessible when needed.

This property was perfect for our stay in SLC. About a 45 minute drive to Alta/Snowbird, Park City and Snow Basin made it awesome for our weekends. Its central location in the city made walking to dining as well as a Smiths and Trader Joes provided an abundance of dining options. The unit was clean and comfortable. The manager was responsive before and during our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Safe, close to downtown, everything we needed, restaurants near by, walkable, clean and comfortable bed.

Convenient to public transportation. Walkable to grocery and restaurants. Nice gym. The size of the apartment is good for no more than two people. Linens need an upgrade. Drove 9 hours and had an armload of stuff and the one time code to get in the building did not work. Very annoying. Had to beg someone to let us into the building.
