Perfect location with short drive to beach, activities and restaurant. Room was decorated very cute and had everything we needed. I would recommend an air purifier in the condo as there was no ventilation and the air gets a little thick and musty after a couple days. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and had a great time.

The location was good, Only 15minutes from Destin. The room needs work… quality of maintenance being performed isn’t great. The bathroom had rotten baseboards and the bathroom floors were water logged. The AC worked great but I would highly recommend bringing a fan because you could only feel it in the center of the room, the bed is off to the side and at night it got really hot. We asked if we could check in early and they said we could as soon as our room was finished being cleaned… we had to wait until normal check in time and the room hadn’t been touched in quite a while because the toilet was completely dry of water in the bowl and water was discolored at first use coming from the faucet and bath. If they made the needed improvements I would stay again because of the location and the rest of the grounds were pretty well maintained.

Overall, a great place to stay! The place was very sparse. No k-cups, one dish towel, no rags, minimal dishes, etc. I don’t expect there to be a ton but it was almost laughable how little it was equipped with. Also, one of the patio chairs was broken (and unsafe) and took up space on the tiny patio.

This was everything we needed. It’s small but we loved the balcony view and the pool. Loved being on the bay. It was a pleasant experience

This place was wonderful ! Had a lil trouble with door code , but it was solved quickly . The condo is clean !!!! Beautifully decorated, all white is bright ! Plenty of towels, kitchenette stocked enough with basics (I didn’t come too look at those items ) LOL …. Pool and scenery nice and relaxing , appreciate the security please we did, codes to get in Everything be prepared. Local neighbors are friendly and helpful we will definitely be back SOON THANK YOU !
