Spent a week and a half here, on the back side of the building, away from the street so it was quiet. Property is right in the middle of everything downtown, clean, secure and as advertised. Would definitely stay here again.

Best hospitality! The owners have thought of everything to make for a comfortable stay. Great communication and a well stocked apartment made this our new favorite. We were within walking distance of everything downtown. Apartment is well kept with nice living area, well-stocked kitchen, great bed with comfortable pillows and linens, and a bathroom stocked with all of the necessities. We will certainly request to stay here again. Thank you!

Very spacious loft! We were in walking distance of several high end bars and restaurants. Sundance Square is a prime location to be! We were very happy with the rental. Only thing was the bed was too soft-but that differs for everyone so it doesn’t detract from our stay at all. The owner was very responsive if we had any questions. This place has all the kitchen items you need if you decide to stay in and cook. Thanks for the bottle of white wine that was left for us upon arrival. It was rainy most of our stay-luckily Scot let us know he left an umbrella out for us. It was great that we could log into our Netflix & paramount accounts to watch our shows. Would rent again.

We stayed at this loft when we visited our son for TCU Parents' Weekend. The loft was very clean with a great location. The property owner/manager was very responsive and courteous. We would stay here again.

I can't give enough praise to Scot, the host, for going above and beyond in thinking of everything we could need, and then some. He was very easy to reach and responded to each communication in a timely manner. The attention to detail for everything provided was wonderful, which shows that's a host who cares! The unit was extremely clean (and I'm picky about cleanliness). Although we didn't cook anything, the kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed. Also provided, was nice hand soap, lotion, hand sanitizer, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, incidental supplies and bath towels one can appreciate. It's roomy, the air conditioning/fans kept the area comfortable, with ample lighting. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom gave nice privacy. That big king size bed was comfortable for a good night sleep. It's a bit on the softer side, yet was fine, as I am used to a firmer bed, We didn't use the washer/dryer, but that's a nice feature to have access to.. The building itself was very quiet and seemed clean. It was easy to access the building and the unit. Parking was great as well. We had free parking in a parking garage across the street from the back side of the building. It felt very safe. The location could not be better! We didn't use the car much as there was so much to do in the immediate area. A helpful transportation note - from the DFW Airport, we got on the orange Terminal A/B Link shuttle bus that dropped us around Terminal B43 (go to lower level, go outside, to the left and down a slight incline) to the TEXRail platform. You can buy the ticket from the machine, or get the GoPass app on your phone, and it cost $2.50 to go to the Central Station stop in Fort Worth, which was a 5-10 minute walk to the apartment building (there was a guard on duty at night at that station). You will be so happy if you rent this property! The host is stellar, the accommodations are awesome and the location is perfect. Couldn't ask for anything more!
