The location was great, bed was comfy, free breakfast was a huge plus.

It looked like there was blood stains on the curtains. But other than that, I really enjoyed the room. Also, I could never find a wifi password to get on the complimentary wifi.

The room was nice size and clean.

Not enough towels, had to ask for more. TV remote was junk. Was VERY disappointed in the breakfast. Was expecting bacon, biscuits and gravy etc... Sunday was tortillas and some mixture I didn't recognize. Monday didn't have anything. One of the reasons I choose this hotel was because the breakfast was included. Don't think I will be going back.

the front desk over night staff was not very friendly nor helpful before I arrived I was hung up on 4 times when I called booking. com and they tried reaching out to them they where hung up on as well there was food all in the stair well and it didn’t get cleaned up till Sunday we got there on Friday night!! the elevators where down the first night and day we where there the people staying in the room above me was very loud and yelling and stoping till 3 am when I went to front desk guy he said there was nothing that could be done but he would call or I could go up there and say something. that was not very professional. all in all the only good thing was the location and the rooms are very big.

first room had roaches inside the cabinets and in the bathroom, let staff know if he could move me he said he would have to cancel the reservation because there was no other rooms…non- customer centric answer… was moved the a better room the second day but still not what I was expecting from this hotel.

It was a very nice and enjoyable place. Breakfast was great except they didn’t have bowls for cereal till breakfast was almost over. We just use juice glass for the little one for there cereal. It all worked out fine.

Only one elevator was working. We still enjoyed our stay.

NON-WORKING ELEVATOR PRIOR to arrival (several days before), room on 4th floor. STAIRS REQUIRED with luggage. Facility should’ve notified me & given us the opportunity to secure a different hotel room. Premium price without premium services.

Came down for breakfast rather late, but one of the staff ladies wasn’t very friendly while my daughter and me were getting a milk from the cooler.

it was very poor and dimly lit in the main room and especially the bathroom. maybe could use larger wattage bulbs or change fixtures in the bathroom. Unfortunately the eggs and sausage were both cold. that’s all we ate. I don’t believe the trays of food do not have covers on to keep the food warm.

Beds were comfy. Great location. Staff was friendly.
