Accessibility to stadium and restaurants

Outdated , didn’t feel safe at times , homeless population uses facility , room reeked smelled of Lysol and tv didn’t work

It’s was close to restaurants, clothing stores and etc

I did not like anything about it. First they gave us a room that the door was open lights on bed unmade, drawers were open. It was so loud all around. Then they gave us a room that smelt really bad. Some young teenagers woke us up. They were fighting, crying and arguing early in the morning. And then coffee maker didn't work and they did not provide a hot breakfast like it says they do. It was a terrible stay. I Will Never Stay There Again!!!!

Didn't like the stay at all. For the amount we paid. Too much pay for the uncomfortable stay.

Our room was extremely run down. The bathtub had black stains all in it, and the back of the bathroom door had something splattered all over it. I had to clean up around the toilet before my family saw all the dirt and dust around it. Rooms were only decently cleaned. outside interior paint needed to be upkept. We didn’t even stay for the free breakfast, we were so ready to leave. expected way more out of accommodations that are located in a nice area. Very disappointed.

The place is roach infested. To charge that amount for one night is crazy. The staff was rude and hung the phone up in my face because i wanted a refund. She stated that housekeeping needed to evaluate the room to determine if there were actual roaches. What she then proceeded to say is that she can change my room like it would have roaches too. Once I told her i had pictures of the stained pillowcases the roaches and the feces that was left on the sidewalk in front of the door she then said she would refund me one night and hung up the phone. I would never stay or recommend this place to stay. But for some reason yall already know how this place is and refuse to take care of the issues.

Breakfast was excellent. The area was quiet and safe.

Everything hotel was trashy outside, once we got into our room so staff person used there key and just barged into our room had I not put safety lock they would have came all the way in on us, chair was broken, red big red stain on carpet near head of bed, no hot water, people threaten to kill each other outside room in middle of the night, the hot breakfast was a joke, when we left to go to eat, staff re entered our room for the 2nd time. I could keep going but you should get the idea. For the price we paid it's was not worth it.

Mold around tub. . Highway noise. Horrible cable reception. Very uncomfortable stay.

1. The elevator was scary, having problems. 2. Blinds didn't work in the room. 3. Jucczi type tub, shot water onto the bathroom floor.. lmbo 4. Not enough parking.
