This rental was very clean, quite and a perfect size for our family stay. Every one said that the beds we're very comfortable. The location was ideal for a short walk to the Grand Canyon Railway and the historic route 66 street.

We had a great time. The condo is in a perfect location. Right down the street from the train and the strip. Perfect for our little family vacation.

We chose this property as a convenient place to explore the area along route 66 and visit the Grand Canyon.
We stayed in Apartment D , which was very clean, had everything we needed , kitchen was well equipped to cook breakfast and dinner for an extended family of 8.
I highly recommend booking your stay here!

Bedroom cover linens were stained, neighborhood left us feeling uncomfortable, images online came across much nicer than actual appearance. Window in bathroom didn’t open and close well. For what we paid, we were very disappointed.

Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and kitchen knives were sharp. Appreciated the binder with contact info for problems (there were none) and info for the tv/thermostat. Location was very convenient for Grand Canyon and groceries were nearby. Small things like finding our favorite coffee in the fridge made it even better.

Location was perfect for trip to the Grand Canyon
Property was very clean beds were so comfortable we would like to know the name of the mattress. Any questions were answered quickly. Would stay here again. Would like to suggest a few items that would be nice to have

Suitable size for our group. However, the upstairs bathroom shower did not work, unable to activate the shower head. We had to wash the plates and glasses, they were dirty and a couple of plates had hair on them. A night stand on both sides of the bed would be helpful.

Fully equipped Condo with comfortable living area and kitchen, bedrooms were nicely appointed with very good mattresses and pillows. Location is walking distance to Grand Canyon Railroad depot and historic Route 66 Main Street. Very nice option to hotels in the area.

The VRBO was perfect !!! The place had everything we needed and more. If we ever go back, I would definitely stay here again.

A clean 3 bedroom/3 bath space where everything we needed was provided. Beds were comfy. The living space was great to relax in the evening after hiking the Grand Canyon. it's close to restaurants also. The host was super nice too! I would definitely recommend (and have to friends already).

Four of us stayed for the weekend. Accommodations were perfect for our short stay. Check in and check out was simple and instructions were easy to follow.

We did the Grand Canyon railway day trip, and this place was the perfect location! Just a short walk to the train station and downtown Williams, which is surprisingly adorable and interesting in its own right. I’m glad we stayed an extra day to explore the town. Very clean, comfy and well appointed. We would definitely stay again!

A comfortable and clean 3 bed room apartment that had everything you need for a couple nites stay ( even coffe and cream for in the morning).

Perfect for a group. We are older so the steep stairs to the bedrooms were hard for us the unit was great and easy access to the town.

We stayed here as our base while exploring the canyon and the Williams surrounding. Dan was an absolutely amazing host. Answering every question and making our stay absolutely wonderful. The place itself was clean, stocked, convenient and beautiful. If you are looking for a base while exploring the canyon this is it!!

Our stay at this place amazing and everything we were looking for during our trip to the Grand Canyon. Also, the place is right next to a town called Williams. This town was so cute!

This property is clean and close to downtown Williams. Outside of property definitely needs an update. We felt like we were in a bad neighborhood.

We had a lot of fun during our first stay in Williams. The property is located very close to charming downtown. Very easy to get around. The Canyon Coaster is practically in the backyard. And down the road is Bearizona. Kaibab lake is 2 miles away for paddleboarding. And the Grand Canyon is about an hour's drive. We had a great time and it was always nice to come back to a comfortable, clean home.

I thinkit should be stated that the stairs are very steep, my husband had to sleep downstairs. The AC seemed to be controlled by the owner because at night it got very warm. The back yard should have been mowed, it looked really bad. It would have been nice to have a TV in each bedroom. Should replace the toilet seat in master bedroom.

We’ve been great in this place, very comfortable, close to city center in 4minutes by car and very good communication.

The house worked great for a place to crash for 2 nights. A few more washcloths would have been appreciated but overall it was a great place to stay.
