Nice staff

Tried to cancel 2nd day when we arrived at 5:00-just 1 hour past 24 hour requirement. We could not stay the extra day. Were told because we booked through booking.com we had to deal with them. Booking told us it was up to the motel. Kind of a run around and charged for two nights.

Small but clean rooms.

The front office was closed. Had to check in across the road.

I liked many things about my stay ~ starting with the friendly informative woman at check in, the rooms were cozy and comfortable, the bed was awesome (I would like one like this at my house! ), and breakfast included!

For me, I would have liked more breakfast options. I realize it is a small eating area so that may limit choices. I would have liked some more choices in fruit( bananas were bruised) , yogurt and healthy options. I am also noticing more handicap accessible areas and used friendly for those with handicaps. It wasn’t a problem for me but the toilets were very low and I can see that being a difficult situation for many travelers.

We have stayed here several times. We like this hotel and will stay here again. Comfortable beds and clean rooms.

The only issue this time was the heater would blow so high, hot and then cold, on and off all night.

Nothing. Terrible communication.

Communication was always hard from beginning. Late and short responses. There was a big storm last week and roads were cut, we tried to agree something with the hotel but the answer was simply: if you don't come you will have to pay anyway. They also excused themselves with booking saying that our reservation was via booking so there was nothing they could do about that, and that is a total lie, they just have to talk to booking and say they want to refund us.

Location was great, comfortable, clean, friendly staff, park at the door and a short walk through town so close to restaurants, bars and shops.

Location isn’t accurate on Bookings as to a couple of hotels/motels in town.

Beds were very big and comfortable. Shower was very good. Roiletries and towels good. Beds are in Hyatt or Mariott hotel. Everywhere in the town is walking distance. But this motel should cost 20 dollars per night. Bc the rooms are very small.

Coffee was bad. Breakfast was very modest. Rooms are very small. Railroad close. Trains woke us up twice a night. Very loud. TV was ok. It is a very low quality motel with 5 star hotel bed. Ac was heating very hot without thermostat.

The bed was incredibly comfy, the heater worked really well, it was central to everything, and the concierge was very sweet!

the one thing that I didn’t care for was that my room door didn’t necessarily shut all the way at the top. It locked but was slightly ajar letting cold air in. however the heater made up for that. I stayed in room 104.

breakfast nook not well put together at all. hard time getting waffle batter as it was too thick but was scrapping the bottom so to speak.

great location , value for money , good staff, clean . given it’s an open area and close to main streets maybe a little bit on the most side but not too much . i would definitely stay there again.

Clean and tidy. Breakfast area cramped but ok. Staff checkingin was very nice and helpful.

The rooms were nicely styled. The pictures are very comparable to reality. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small but had everything you needed. The Inn is located at a good spot in Williams with walking distance from restaurants and shops. A fairly priced Inn if you want to stay not too far from the Grand Canyon NP.

The breakfast was very simple and did not offer that many options. Plastic plates and cutlery was being used. A more sustainable option would have had our preference.

Comfortable and quiet. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Located in downtown Williams. Good breakfast.

Horrible beds. Rotted wood floor. Uneven floor. Dark,old,overpriced. No onsight management. Do no reply with any "so sorries". The only thing you could do is refund me. That'll never happen!! Thanx for listening...
