Breakfast was fantastic. The room was fantastic. The view was fantastic and the price most of all fantastic.

Well, there was nothing I did not like I loved everything about this experience

The rooms where very clean and the beds very comfortable

The AC unit was not working properly in my room

Pool was nice ,brekfast was ok, nice area .

Price was bit to high for standard.

Initially our check-in was complicated by the fact that although everything was confirmed several times in written by Booking.com our reservation was not on record. Whose fault? We don´t know. Looks like the communication between Booking.com and the hotel´s owner company was not the best. However the lady at the reeption did all she could to help us. Thanks to the fact that there were rooms available we could stay there and did not have to look elsewhere.

Problems with the non-existent reservation.

Nothing, due to the check-in staff member's willful dishonesty.

Dishonest staff. The staff member who checked us in lied profusely about our reservation not appearing in his records. Booking.com, however confirmed they were recorded and when we paid the increased price to the hotel Booking.com acknowledged the reservation as having been accepted. Booking.com took care of the matter, but the hotel never accepted responsibility. Consequently, this is a bad mark against Best Western, insofar they hired dishonest employees. Of course, it is a positive mark for Booking.com.
