We walked into the hotel room and hit the bed. This write-up completely oversold us and I am so unhappy with VRBO. They never should have this kind of property on their website. The rooms were never cleaned, we were there for 6 days and the carpet in the halls and stairways were never vacuumed. I had to bring our own towels downstairs and ask for new ones. Our garbage never emptied. The rooms didn't even have closets or any space for the suitcases. There was no room to walk and the showers were gross. My kids room couldn't close their curtains or it would block the air conditioning. Our AC barely worked. There was a man who checked out early and said he was disgraced at the state of the rooms. We had to get two rooms and the amount we spent was atrocious for what we received. The only good and true thing stated was its location one block from the beach. I have never been so happy to check-out from a hotel.
