Our recent stay at a VRBO property for my son's UF graduation surpassed all expectations. Proximity to the university, spacious accommodations for our family of five, and thoughtful features made it an ideal choice. Our stay at this property was exceptional—proximity, spaciousness, and thoughtful amenities created a perfect backdrop for my son's graduation weekend. Highly recommended for families seeking a memorable and comfortable stay.

Overall really liked the house/stay. Able to get family group together - in Gainesville so grandkids all spend Christmas with Grandma. Missing a blanket on one bed, towels could be more plentiful/nicer, and girls would appreciate hair dryer, but enjoyed our week and would recommend - especially when weather right to use the pool.

Nice home in quiet location. Would stay here again. Found a few issues with the house. Notified owner 1st morning of a 5 night stay. All issues were resolved same day by maintenance person visit and Doordash deliveries.

The house was perfect for our family. The pool whole a tad chilly yet was great for the kids. Some additional seating outside would have been nice. We didn’t sit on the furniture with cushions as they were pretty dirty, with all the rain in Florida I understand how that happens, but maybe get something that can be wiped down. Beds were comfy. The large table was nice as we played a lot of games there. Overall it was a great stay!

We loved it so much that we extended our stay. Our children loved the pool, there was more than enough seating for the 8 of us, and the beds were comfortable. Great communication from John! I would definitely go back and recommend this place!

House appeared to be clean and close proximity to restaurants and stores. Although things looked good, it wasn't. The main bathroom tub drained very slow. Blinds need to be replaced in last bedroom; allow too much light in. Listed on a note in the house that pool man would come on Friday but showed up on Thursday morning unannounced & startled us. Additionally, What really disturbed me the most was the roaches all over the kitchen and some were in the bathrooms. House need to be exterminated ASAP! I cannot stay in a place known to have roaches. I hope none got in our luggage and transported to my home. I am shocked the roach issue was not mentioned in comments from previous guests.

Great stay in the heart of Gainesville. This house was perfect for a large group or family. The pool was perfect for the kids (water was too cold for us grown ups), but kids didn't mind at all. Owner was great about communication and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We definitely want to return.

We came to Hogtown to watch GTor baseball. It was great. Place was perfect.

Screened pool, not indoor pool so we were so disappointed we couldn't use the pool during cool weather but nice place nevertheless. We plan to come back!

Went down for a wedding and the place was perfect it was quiet and calming even with all the stress associated with a wedding.

Our dive shop planned a trip to Florida to dive the springs and this house was perfect!

Great property for our family of 9 with kids from 2 to 22. Perfect for our summer vacation with easy access to multiple Florida State Parks and Springs. The host was a very quick communicator and the house was everything we wanted (including a pool). Will definitely stay there again when our travel takes us to central FL. 5 Stars!!!

It was great, there are certain things broken and unkept; the rugs the sofa end the toilet Need fixed

Was in town for grandaughter's first holy communion, Property was close to my daughter's home. Close to shops. Was fully what we expected, would stay here again.

John was so welcoming and easy to communicate with. The house was the perfect size for our group, and we look forward to booking again next year.

This property was was just what we needed for our Gatornationals weekend stay. The house has everything. and very clean. We weren't able to use the pool because of the record rainfall, but still looked inviting. Convenient shopping nearby. Great communication with the owner! Will defiantly return.

This house was very spacious in the living areas and bedrooms. Need a few more cooking dishes and a colander, but it was a great stay and would stay again. The host was very gracious and responsive.

We had a great stay, the house was close to UF and Shands Hospital. Most notably, it was CLEAN. Looking forward to coming back this fall. Thanks!
