My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. I had to message the property manager a few times because I made an error on my booking. Their response was quick and very courteous. The place was clean and the beds were so comfy and soft! It is located close to the shopping mall and a few great dinning spots.

Simple check in, responsive communication. As other reviews have noted, there could have been a bit more supplies in the kitchen. (We purchased disposable baking sheets to make cookies, and more coffee, as we ran out on morning one.) we would stay here again though!

We were there with our pet who had to have surgery at the UofFL small animal hospital…the townhouse was perfect for our needs…close to the hospital and restaurants etc. it was a stressful time for us…the townhouse and manager made it much easier…

The townhouse was clean and in a great location to attend events at UF. I’ve stayed in other VRBO’s that were a little more stocked in the kitchen, but it wasn’t something that would keep me from staying there again. Thank you for letting me stay!

The location is amazing! We called Gainesville the city of 15 min - literary, anywhere we needed to go, it took us 15 min max! The rental is very neat and clean, you have everything there what you need. The neighborhood is quiet. We will be back for sure!

Spent opening weekend for Florida baseball at the townhouse and overall it was great. Fantastic location, though my goodness the traffic. It’s been a while since I was a student at UF. Still, close to the stadium, food, and shopping. Property overall decent, what you would expect in a college town. Yenni was prompt in responding and providing the necessary information and I appreciated that we could bring our dogs. Plenty of area to walk them. Hopefully looking forward to future visits.

Enjoyed the stay, but some furniture updates are needed. Also, cooktop is faulty - igniter clicks on multiple burners unprompted. Seems like a major safety issue. Place was clean, good location, and we had enough space.

Nothing fancy and no great outdoor views (view is of the neighbors balcony/patio), but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Needs some updating and lighting. Some of the neighboring apartments looked a little junky but it seemed safe. It was quiet too. We only a stayed a night and didn’t even use the shower so can’t comment on that. Owner was responsive. Check in was easy.

This place is close to everything! It’s a perfect little place to stay for a night or two. We went hiking on Paynes prairie and saw a nearby friend. Love how close it is to all the shopping and restaurants.

The host was very responsive to any communication and most helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out the first night. Hot water ran out within just a few minutes, so we did struggle coordinating quick showers for multiple people, and it wasn’t quite as clean as we’d like, but it was a nice place to stay. Close to restaurants and the university, but a fairly quiet neighborhood. Neighbor did have loud music/tv at night. The host’s helpfulness was really what shined through.

The townhouse was really beautiful and well maintained on the inside. The property manager is super kind as well. We were kinda worried about the location, we didn’t know what the outside looked like. I would definitely recommend the manager to get cameras installed outside. The place was super nice on the inside but the location is kinda sketchy.

I do wish the room would have tv but for what our trip was we really didn’t spend much time at the house & by the time it was bedtime we didn’t mind not having a tv. But overall a great stay! Will be using this in the future
