Great location in Germantown! Very close to everything in Louisville without staying right downtown. The house is very clean and quaint! Nicely decorated! Right across from Full Stop for a great breakfast (natural good food).

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood! We really enjoyed having a kitchen to cook our meals in and it was well equipped. Parking on the street was easy even on Derby weekend. The house is decorated well and very comfortable. I am so glad we stayed here vs a hotel!

We stayed here for 5 nights working remote and taking in Derby week festivities. The place is just as described and bigger than we thought it would be. There were two of us in our party, and we were very comfortable. Place is well stocked, and the neighborhood is great for walking and exploring. The hosts were awesome - very responsive and worked with us on a late checkout. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We were looking for a place to stop between Millersburg, Ohio and Chattanooga, Tennessee and decided to stay here. It was close to dining and shopping and we slept well, the area felt safe and if you are into baseball, horses or bourbon it would be a great place to stay a couple nights for sure.

This home was beautiful. It was super clean, had great amenities, great water pressure,and a comfortable bed. The location was perfect. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance and the house is just a couple minutes from downtown. Plenty to do and see. Will definitely be back!

The home was very clean and cute, well put together. It is located in a safe neighborhood with people everywhere running or walking their dogs. Lots of local eating establishments within a close distance. Host was very punctual and quick to respond! Overall a good stay :)

Home was perfect for what we needed. Karen was great to communicate with and very friendly. House was exactly as described.

This place has great vibes! The house was so comfortable and relaxing. The only surprise was the takedown reno of the house next door (the same owner as this house) without notification prior to my booking. The noise was disruptive for a couple days while working from home. If that wasn’t the case this place would’ve been a solid 10/10.

What an adorable little property! Even better than the listing. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the home on the inside and by the fenced in backyard and patio area. Charming, clean, and well decorated...the house was everything you need. The bed was extremely comfortable. We also can't say enough about the location. So close to a plethora of amazing restaurants! Check in was very easy, and the owner was extremely responsive and communicative. My only small suggestion would be that the ceiling fan could use a good dusting. We will definitely stay here again if we are in Louisville!!

We had a lovely time staying in this property. The house is updated, clean and well maintained. Although we didn't do any cooking at the house, the kitchen appears well stocked and was very clean. There is a small garage in the back, and our SUV did fit in, just. But its a very tight fit and difficult to maneuver in the back alley, so after the first night we just left the car out front on the street. There is ample street parking available and we always found the space right in front of the house available when we returned from our outings. Although the neighborhood appears to be in the process of 'gentrification', with some houses, like this one, appearing to have been newly remodeled and some close to falling down, we had no issues and felt completely safe. It's a charming neighborhood close to dining options, several of which are easily walkable, and a short uber ride to Churchill Downs which was where we spent most of our time while we were in town. Would definitely stay again if we come back down for another Derby weekend!

The home was clean and as pictured. The power was out when we were there but that was due to a storm, the whole street was out. The owner did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I loved the view of the church from the back yard!

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was cozy, beautiful, relaxing, centrally located, and well stocked. This property met all of our needs and the owners were so nice and accommodating. We will definitely use this property again for our future getaways in Louisville.

Absolutely perfect for our visit, the house was Perfectly located, and such a charming clean house! The Keurig pot in the morning was perfect! Could not have wished for anything more! All the convenience of home!

We were very pleased with this property for many reasons. This home was extremely clean and offered every amenity that we needed throughout our stay. The owner is friendly and was quick to communicate with at any point. The location was just a short drive to many of Louisvilles main attractions. And, we enjoyed the unique cafe/coffee shop just steps across the street! We are looking forward to renting from this owner again in the upcoming weeks! This is a great property to rent, no need to look any further!

Overall the property was good. The house is cute and feels comfortable to stay in. The hosts are very communicative. The location was overall good, just a little bit of louder traffic outside the house which leaked into the thin walls. If you plan on having two or more people staying in separate beds, I suggest looking elsewhere. The pull out couch is just a sliding mattress that is significantly smaller than a standard sized twin bed. The cleanliness is surface level good. However, under the bed, couch, and other areas are not clean. We had a cockroach in the bathroom that may be do to this.

overall we loved it. very comfortable. being in our 60's and 70's we had trouble with all the light switches and didn't realize till our last day that the remote for the fan/light was on the table. I was using the switch on the wall. But we are old so don't take to much from our lighting challenges lol. Any way thank you so much and hope when we decide to . come visit my daughter and son in law again we can stay at your property. It was only 2 minutes from where my daughter lives.

We came to do a couple distillery tours and celebrate our 25th anniversary. The house was perfect!! Clean, great location and had everything we needed! Would most definitely stay here again!

This home is the perfect getaway in a great location. We went to Angel's Envy and Rabbit hole. Both a few minutes down the road. Then we were able to walk to a few bars and restaurants to enjoy the night life. Great cozy place that is very welcoming.

Lovely updated, modernized historic shotgun house! We found we were located close to everything we wanted to do. The one car garage in the back alley was a huge plus, as street parking was hard to find. Well cared for home!

This little shot gun house is the perfect spot for enjoying Germantown and within walking distance of great food and drinks. The scene is very hip and friendly to folks from all walks of life.
