The home was very spacious and clean. The only thing we may have missed having was a firepit. All around great place to stay.

The house is perfect for a large family with children. I love that each room has a king bed and queen bunk beds. I contacted the property manager a couple of times and the response was almost immediate. The heated swimming pools are a great fun for the family. Additionally it was rainy and cold so the hot tub was a pleasant surprise.

We had a big group of seniors and parents stay and the place was perfect!!

We had our family Christmas there this past weekend! Great location, clean, and a gorgeous place! The games in the basement were a GREAT addition and kept the kids busy the whole weekend. Hot tub was just what we needed after a day at Terry Peak! ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for a great stay, I don’t think it will take any convincing to get our family to come back again!

Everybody had a bed and there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their stay.The area itself has so much to do! Our family enjoyed a day of snowmobiling, playing outside and sledding, and a day to Deadwood for the adults. We could have enjoyed skiing also but everybody was to tired and just wanted to enjoy the space we had for everybody. The house was decorated for Christmas for us so we didn’t have to worry about that! We have talked about trying to rent the space again for a gathering,it was perfect. Highly recommend.

We celebrated my mom and dad’s 60th wedding anniversary with 38 family members and utilizing one of the other properties!! Our stay was absolutely perfect with so many wonderful amenities and so close to lots of fun activities!! We look forward to staying here again in the future!! Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us!!!

We had a group of 12 people and had plenty of room to spare. Garage provided adequate space for 7 motorcycles and even had a pressure washer on site which came in handy after a day riding in the rain. Would definitely recommend the property for anyone.

This was a wonderful place for our family of 15. Plenty of room for us all to have our own space. Kids were entertained by game room downstairs and hot tub. Very nicely set up!

We enjoyed 4 nights at The Old Fashioned . . . it's a great home for large groups (we came with 21). Although it was advertised to "sleep 26", we found room for 22 if four slept in each set of bunk beds (that's going to happen!). But we made it work. The Great Room was very spacious . . . a wonderful deck! Not much parking for vehicles/trailers/ATV's.

Perfect property for large groups. I would say it’s more suited for less than 23 guests. We had the max of 26 and ended up having to use air mattresses. Wasn’t an issue with our group. Enjoyed our trip, great property!

The house was set up perfect for a large family. Each room was furnished for a large group and very comfortable. The bedrooms were set up to accommodate our large family with children. The kids loved the game room and the adults loved the deck and outdoor space. I definitely enjoyed this property and our family hopes to make it an annual get away.

We come to the Black Hills a lot because it has something for everyone, and we have rented cabins every time we come. This is in my top 3 cabins that we have rented so far and will put my request in early for next year. One request for the Powder House Pass area is to clean up the area. There is a lot of litter, and construction mess laying around all over. I understand there is a lot of construction but there should be a level of cleanliness for a high-end cabin are such as this.

This property was perfect for our group of three large families. Plenty of beds and bathrooms throughout so we didn’t feel crowded with 24 people.

Plenty of room, comfy, affordable and just what we needed for a getaway!!! Close to skiing, deadwood, and all the attractions!
