I traveled with a group of high school cheerleaders for a competition at the convention center. The location of the convention center and the stockyards, etc., is fantastic! Our only issue is that we came on a minibus and the parking was not plentiful. The suburban fit is just fine, however. The neighborhood is up and coming; you can tell work is being done to improve it; the house itself, however, is lovely.

We came down for our sons graduation from TCU We have a large family so we needed a large place where we could all have a comfortable bed and a nice Place to stay This truly fit the bill. We are glad we found the place and will definitely come back here!

One word to sum it all up .PERFECT….everything was perfect my family and I really enjoyed our stay more than enough space for us all.Host was very pleasant as well ….would definitely recommend and also use this property again in the near future …

This is a great house, worked great for family weekend at TCU. Neighborhood appears to be on the verge of revitalization; but right now, this house is definitely unique in the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Love love loved the property! It was perfect for our family! The owner and property manager were very helpful and very responsive! Location was great getting to where we needed to go. The area around the house is not the best but the property is very secure! I would definitely stay here again.

Great house for bachelorette party. We had 18 ladies and it was great! Neighborhood is maybe not the best but felt safe with the gate, we were bothered by noone! It is a $7-$12 uber ride to Stockyards and 7th Street. Great place!! Owners were very helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend!

The home was wonderful and a great space for a large group of people. We enjoyed our stay!

This home is new, clean and has lots of room.! It’s only a 4 bedroom and the bonus area is an extra living area with a pull out couch. The description of the property had me confused but the space worked out great for us. Plenty of bathrooms for a large group and the kids loved the bunk room. Neighborhood gets busy at night but we felt safe and secure inside the gated property.

We stayed the weekend for my sisters’ Bach party. There were 9 of us and we had more than enough seating, bed, and bathrooms.. The house was clean and classy. The house is gated and has a garage for parking our cars which made us feel safe and secure. The location was very convenient and just a 10 min or less drive to most everywhere we went. Sam was very communicative and accommodating and the property manager Chris was able to quickly and easily stop over when we needed his help. I highly recommend this house if you are looking for a reasonably priced place to host a large groups gathering!

This was a beautiful home to stay in. Newer home with modern décor and appliances. Traffic on the road in front of the house was a little busy at times and parking is a bit tricky if you have multiple or larger vehicles. House was in a great location with easy access to shops, restaurants, etc. Most things were a 5-10 minute drive away. The owner and the property manager were very quick to respond with any questions or issues. I would recommend this house for anyone staying in the Fort Worth area. Especially for large families/groups.

I had my 28th birthday here with 8 of my girlfriends and we had an absolute blast. Really really nice place, very clean, lots of bathrooms and space to get ready. There’s so much room for entertaining upstairs as well which worked out perfect. The pics of this property don’t do it justice. The TVs all hook up to Spotify which worked great for our playlist. The property manager Kris did have to come by to help us get in because we came in the midst of an ice storm and the gate was frozen. However he was super apologetic and very accessible so we got it worked out. The only thing less than perfect would be the neighborhood (of course, the VRBO can’t control this) our group of girls wouldn’t have walked anywhere and we rented a car because the neighborhood is a bit on the sketchy side. Again however the house was really nice and for a group of girls is perfect with all the getting ready space. Thank you to Sam and Kris the manager for all your help and a great stay!

The place was absolutely amazing!!! The host & his property manger were great & help with anything we needed! The only flaw was the neighborhood but the gate eased our mind about that. We would definitely stay again!

Agree with review about transitional neighborhood and smell of smoke. It is a nice big house, great for a group.

The property was very clean and large. Beds were comfortable. Had great hang out spaces. Two draw back for us, first it was in a Transitional neighborhood, second they allow smoking in the property.

Sam was great to work with, if we had any questions he was very quick to answer. Would stay here again.
