There are not enough words in the dictionary to explain how grateful and thankful I am for you! You made a 3 day trip to Texas worth it all!! There are those you meet in life who leave an imprint on your soul- and you totally did that for us!!

You were such a sweet & kind young lady! Our 2 minute talk in the hallway with the glass of champagne made it all worth it. I will hold you to the coffee next time around!!

Boy do you guys know how to be great host / hostesses! It was such a great feeling getting up early enough to eat and still have time to snack again! I appreciate the buffet being open from 8-11am. It gives us late bloomers to still get a good eat in!
Lastly, THIS PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL!!! From the inside to the outside! We were there to watch a Dallas game and all of my ubers were less than 10 bucks! Totally worth it all. Texas Live is literally 7 minutes away and you can find everything you need at walmart (which is also like 5 minutes away). I will be staying here again and again and again!!
SCOTT DONT YOU DARE EVER LEAVE THIS PLACE!!! You make it such a great place for everyone!! I will be back Texas!!!

The hotel was Awesome! I loved how the excellent bar and pool stayed open until midnight being able to watch the planes fly over head was so relaxing .

Close to football stadium, clean, good corner room with bathroom essentials like two way mirror, shampoos/conditioners/body wash in shower. Love that. Breakfast choices of food good. Nighttime crowd good.

There was a lady (I think named Ashley) at the front desk who genuinely seemed to care about our issues. Also the lady when I checked out said she would let her manager know. The two different maintenance people were nice but neither could fix the issue with the air.
When I called to complain about our air, Gwen at the front made me feel like I was a child that couldn’t work the air. After I kept talking, she reluctantly asked someone to come look at it although she assured me nothing was wrong with it. When they came up, he said it was the motor and couldn’t be fixed with us in the room. All rooms were full so we were given a $36 free breakfast and a box fan. Not much for 3 nights in a hot room. Gee thanks

The bathroom was very dirty and the buffet was not great or not good.

The buffet breakfast had many options and the food was delicious. The hotel and my room were very clean. Upon arrival the front desk staff were friendly and had me check in quickly and 2 hours prior to the check-in time. The location of the hotel was in perfect walking distance from Globe Life Field stadium, it was about a 10 min walk. I was attending a conference and felt very safe walking there daily morning and evening.
I left a very special notebook and pen in my room #1844 on the bed accidentally and when I called housekeeping to see if it was returned, I was told no not at the moment, but they would look into further and get back to me. No response after 1 day. I called back and spoke to the front desk and I was told they would look into it and get back to me and they didn't. This was very disappointing!

Location to AT&T Stadium
The service and the room they put us in was on the top floor and very noisy! It have the entire AC air ducts for the hotel above it causing massive noise and our door to rattle all night.

Hotel and property was great, only downside was only 2 of the 4 elevators worked.

It’s close to everything, you don’t need a car

Location was perfect. We attended a baseball game and were able to walk back to the hotel.
Valet parking was not an option

I picked the hotel because of its proximity to Globe Life Field, and it was the perfect location. We were able to walk to the stadium and surrounding restaurants. The room was nice, and the bed/pillows were so comfortable which made for a great night sleep. We ate at the hotel restaurant one night and the food was excellent, and prices were reasonable.

The location, location, location...perfect for getting to the stadium, six flags, and any other tourist attraction near by.
Elevators were not dependable. There was one day/time when only one was working which created a good sized line to get on. The room we had didn't have any chairs, with the exception of the desk chair, to sit around the table. This made it a bit uncomfortable to eat breakfast.

Location is unbeatable for the area. Breakfast, although not free, was excellent. The hotels a lil older but kept up well.
The gym lacked equipment. The bathroom needs some TLC.

It is located near the Tx Rangers ballpark and the Trolley made it very convenient to get to and from even in 108 temps. I stayed her a few years back. It's certainly cleaner and nice now.
Price was high, but likely driven up by the winning Rangers and the concert at the other park. Rooms are smallish as it's an older building, bathroom very small. But overall great experience.

Great breakfast. Lady was very friendly and helpful. She was very nice. I enjoyed her greeting each morning. Give her a raise!
Elevators were not in order. I got stuck one day. No big deal.

Staff was professional and helpful. Proximity to Globe Life Field was great. Rooms were clean and cool.
Only had one elevator operational in the evenings in a 19 story hotel. Hotel showed its age a little in general for the money spent.
