The place was dirty, the bed was hard, the smoke detector was pulled off the wall. One of the comforters on the bed had a bunch of cigarette burns. But the final straw was the when the roaches came out. I did not even spend one night in that place. I called the comfort inn next door and was able to get a room for that night at 1:30 am.

The rooms were clean and the maid actually came everyday

they gave me a refund.

I had to pay for one day but didn’t actually stay there

Roach infested, rat hole with dope heads everywhere!

They had stove to cook

The don't offer roomservice for three day stay nobody came and gave me new towels my bathroom clogged and I was told the maintenance man was coming all day till finally I couldn't take it no more I asked them to switch rooms while the Grant me that request because they couldn't get a maintenance person to come by 4pm and I was cooking the room they put me in you can just say I was sleeping with roaches I'm glad the was my last day to be there because I understand the area and it's a lot of ppl on drugs so the ppl that own the property don't care about bugs in the room cause the people who occupied there established are mainly on drugs but for the people that come for work reason should never have to accept that and if my bathroom world have never messed up I probably would have be ok yes I seen roaches in my other room as well but not in the bed with me to wake up and have to fight with bugs is just nasty and to have to clean your own room when they want to charge 400 plus for 3 nights and get that type of trash is crazy to me they need to do better they have really went down hill from 2020 because they had much better beds room was clean and it's just really sad to see them fall apart like that

There was no breakfast and I didn't like anything from this stay. It was disgusting and had people banging on our door all hours of the night and loud music.

There were roaches in the room. It was loud, people arguing outside and people banging on the doors all hours of the night. The beds were hard.

Staff was very nice. The location is right off IH30. Easy to get to. Right next to a IHOP.

Bugs were the first thing we saw walking into the room. The TV turned itself on and off. Went to office and they sent someone up to look. Couldn't figure it out said was going to try to get another TV. Never saw anyone else so just unplugged it. Won't stay here again.

I really didn’t like anything tbh . just that I was able to stay and sleep

I don’t think it’s fair we have to bring our own shampoo and conditioner , specially in times like these. we do pay a decent amount not to have that nor only that restrooms weren’t cleaned up like they were supposed too . there was stains on the sheets and stuff that’s nasty right there
