Great week with friends and family. Perfect distance from the beach & boardwalk. Close to all amenities but not too close so the beach is slightly less crowded and you escape some of the noise & activity from Funland and Rehoboth Ave. Absolutely no complaints.

We had a wonderful stay in this newly renovated property. Great house-clean, practical, with a lovely front porch.

The furniture and carpets were stained and unclean. Other areas such as the bathrooms were better but not great. Air conditioner had trouble keeping the house cool.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this rental property for several years now and have always found it to be an enjoyable place with adequate space and amenities for family time and meals.The only issues we found were used ashtrays and a prior guest family had left two baby strollers and a boogie board. I brought this to the attention of realty staff but never heard back about it. Someone is out money to replace these items and I would like to know if there was any follow-up.
