My husband, daughter, and I were in town visiting family over the holidays. The house and location were perfect. There was a Publix in easy walking distance and of course the university was right there. The house was clean and it was great sitting outside in the beautiful weather. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and his friend stayed here when they went to an event at the raceway. The house was in a perfect location. The house was just as shown in the pictures. Several food options are near by. The host was quick in responding to emails prior to arrival. Would definitely stay here again!

This little cottage was awesome! Walking distance to Ben Hill Griffin stadium. Outside and inside look just as pictured and everything was very clean. Will definitely stay again when we come back to Gainesville.

My husband and I brought our kids for the weekend, so that they could see our old stomping grounds and see a game at the swamp. We usually stay at hotels but my stay at the cottage surpassed any past visit. We loved it. It was cozy and felt like home. So clean and comfy. They had everything we needed and more. Thank you!

From start to finish, the stay was amazing. The house is very well maintained and clean. Very easy to get to and feels extremely homey. The property managers were very nice and responsive and made it easy to check in and out. Would definitely stay there again if I'm ever back in Gainesville.

I was extremely happy with my recent stay. The owners were quickly responsive when we had questions, and the location is convenient to UF and other Gainesville locations. The house was clean and quaint, and was perfect for our needs when we checked in our son his freshman year. Highly recommend this location.

Carolyn was always prompt with replies to our inquiries. She provided advice and great recommendations. The bungalow was very clean, well equipped, modern and incredibly close to campus-- without being too close. Great night's sleep. We walked to UF and some of the restaurants. Everything else (hikes and other eateries) were an easy drive. Should our son chose UF we plan on renting this lovely bungalow each time we visit. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect place to stay with my 88/89 year old parents while visiting my daughter at UF. Everything was perfect! Even the neighbors were friendly! Can’t wait to stay there again.

This cottage was perfect for us. It had absolutely everything we needed and was so convenient to campus and downtown. The space is utilized so efficiently and the decor is adorable. Beds were comfortable and the shower was awesome! Carolyn and Shawn were great communicators and the check in and out was easy. Highly recommend!

My husband was a patient at the UF hospital. This house was just about 1.5 miles away and in an area with food available. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the shower outstanding. This rental eased my stress.

From booking to check out it was flawless. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised with how clean it was. The updates and detail were impressive. And can I just say how cozy the beds were?! It was stocked with everything we needed plus more! The dog run was perfect and the neighbors were even friendly! Very close to UF campus as well as lots of eateries and very close to town. Thank you for making our stay feel like home away from home.

"Perfect Little House" for two of us and our standard poodle. Very clean. Owners obviously took the time and made the effort to renovate and properly equip the house. The pictures are accurate. Good location close to downtown and very easy access to NW 6th St. multi-use path and Gainesville/Hawthorne Trail that we cycled every day. Easy parking for two vehicles. Owners are very responsive. Highly recommend.

The cottage is so charming, with the vintage touches, including a turquoise Hotpoint Oven! I remember those! Very clean and tidy. We were there a weekend, street nice and quiet( no game that weekend).
Favorite thing has to be the shower; idk what it’s called, but there was an over head rain shower , a shower wand, and a waterfall shower! With a fold down bench.! Had a great time, amazing fir the price!

My partner and I needed a safe place for our doggies to hunker down while we were getting through the hectic process of moving into a new home. They’re sensitive little guys and we wanted to make it as easy on them as we could. Although small, this was a lovely and comfortable place for the pups and for us to escape to while we were between moving things into the house. The remodeled shower was an amazing experience and has set the bar for a future remodel in my own home. I’ll be recommending this place to my friends and family when they come to visit.

Super clean! Very well appointed in every room. Both bedrooms are bigger than the pictures. Nice big bathroom and the laundry room is the bow on top! My dog enjoyed the runner located in the back of the property. Little details go a long way! I’ll be back soon!

Lovely Home
This is a quaint little home five minutes (literally) from UF. The home looks just like the photos and is super cute inside. The house is small, but every inch of useable space has been accounted for. The bathroom is exceptionally spacious considering the total house size and they even found room for a washer and dryer. The owners were responsive and the house had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay again.

Excellent dog friendly house.
Super dog friendly. The owners have gone so far to the point of making a metal wire (you can attach the leash to it, the dog can run) where your dog can be in the backyard playing without worrying about your dog to escape. Mine didn't need it but I know that dog owners will find this unique feature important. Backyard has a grass area for your dog. House is detailed clean. I really recommend this little house.
