This duplex home was excellent! Clean, comfortable, and perfect for a visit to Richmond. Everything that we needed for an extended weekend stay.

This place was great! It was spotless and everything was so modern and well stocked.

Good location, impeccable property and furnishings. Found mattresses to be less than desired. Also, found External heat pump outside window of master bedroom to be very noisy.

Brand new place that is comfortable and a really quite neighborhood.

The place was very clean, beds are very comfortable. The location was great. We really enjoyed our stay. I recommend this place for sure.

The unit was clean and had the very basics needed for a stay. This was a half double with both sides in the VRBO rental program. On the night of our stay, there was a party taking place on the other side. The walls were thin and we could hear everything. I contacted the owner at 10:30pm and she said she would make contact with the people on the other side to turn down the music. The party ended at 3:30am and we were out by 7am. It was not a relaxing stay while traveling.

Very well taken care of newer unit. The decor is modern, yet very comfortable. Very well stocked with all you might need to cook your own meals. Lots of coffee pods provided for morning coffee, which was very nice. Great location with easy access to local dining, stores etc.

Place was very clean, and well put together. Beds and sofa were also comfortable. I had trouble with the Bluetooth lock, but they answered right away, and was able to use a realtors key. Would stay again!

This property is newly renovated and very clean. The furnishings are minimal for optimal space. The kitchen is spacious and updated with very nice appliances. The beds are comfortable. We liked being able to park in the garage. Very nice accommodations! We have already recommended it to other friends visiting the area.

This property is spotless and roomy, and tastefully if minimally decorated. It feels brand new. Close to stores and the highway. Exactly as advertised.

Loved this property and the host was fantastic! Always quick to respond, and easy to deal with. Was unaware it was a duplex, but met the neighbors on the driveway one day, and they are really nice. Unit is clean, comfortable and will definitely stay here again if in the area!

If you’re looking for a place in the Richmond, KY area- this should definitely be one you consider. Clean, classy and convenient to anything you might need. Easy drive to Lexington if you’re looking for a day trip. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Richmond.

When we arrived it was just ahead of subzero temps in the region. Check in was not a problem at all, super smooth. Be sure to follow the check in instructions for this house! Because the weather was not cooperative there was some intermittent power loss at the end of the second day. I am glad there were candles and the door system is not tied to the house power! Cassie was super during this whole thing. She was in contact with us during the stay and was super responsive. The house is simply stocked with a few basics. Minor kitchen items and towels. So depending on your needs, I would say assess first. The house is super clean and tidy and there are a few cleaning tools around for your minor messes.

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood! Stores and restaurants a short distance away, I-75 just minutes away!! I do recommend slippers/houseshoes if staying during winter months. Floors were very cold, but that was our only complaint. Extremely clean!! We travel a lot and this was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. We have family in the area so we will definitely stay again if available!!

Staying here was way better than a hotel. It was great for me and my two kids under 2. Beautiful kitchen and clean bathrooms. Loved staying here and would stay again if I'm passing through.

Wonderful property! Amazing decorations, space and perfect for our 4 person family. Enjoyed the kitchen while preparing food to take to our local family’s house for vacation. Perfect place to stay to visit friends and family in Lexington and Berea. Would love to stay here again!

PROS: Quiet neighborhood, spacious, nice layout, easy to access once you get the app installed, clean to the eye, lots of counter space, easy access from the highway without highway noise. CONS: The furniture must not get vacuumed and is either full of dust mites or they make pet exceptions for themselves... I had such an allergic reaction to the couch/bed I couldn't sleep and one of my eyes swelled up pretty big (I don't recall having an allergic reaction like that since childhood). Husband was fine. If you're not an allergy sufferer, you'd probably dig this place.

This was a great place, pics do not do it justice, it’s an immaculate little home. Neighbourhood was quite and felt completely safe while staying there. If I’m ever in Kentucky I would definitely stay here again.

A nice stay. Very clean and quiet. Comfortable beds. We had to call the owner to get the door code but they answered quickly and we got in no other problems. It was a nice stay.

Very nice clean townhome, not child friendly but great for single or couple stay.

This was a perfect place for us to stay while moving our son into his dorm at EKU. It was only about 10 minutes to campus, even in the heavier move-in traffic. Walmart and Kroger are about 5 minutes away. Every restaurant you could want also is within 10-15 minutes. The unit itself looked and smelled brand new. It was great to have a garage for my son to put his car in, to keep all his belongings out of the sun for his overnight with us. The 2 queen sized beds were incredibly comfy, as was the sofa in the living room. The kitchen was well appointed, with super clean appliances and plenty of room to cook. The stacking washer/dryer was great to have. The neighborhood seems to be a nice family place. A few families were sitting on their front porches, and there was no noise of yelling people or speeding cars at any time. We look forward to staying here again throughout our son’s 4 years at EKU.

We so enjoyed our stay at your condo. The property was well kept and plenty of amenities. Loved having the Keurig with coffee and condiments provided. Very close to the interstate and plenty of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend staying and the owner was a pleasure to deal with.
