You can’t beat how close this is to everything. Walked everywhere to the beach shops and dining out. The property has everything you need just like home. Plus the beds are comfortable!!

This condo was absolutely beautiful and felt very new and clean. Plenty of room for our extended family. Location was perfect, short walk to beach, restaurants, stores, farmers market. We will be making this an annual trip!

This facility was perfect to comfortably sleep 9, with 4 king beds, and always nice to just park for the week and walk everywhere. Will definitely be back!!

The townhouse was very clean and well stocked. The beds and couch were very comfortable. The location is perfect. Just a couple of blocks to the beach and the village. We would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive and friendly. Everything in the townhouse looked liked new. We had a great trip.

This place is amazing. It’s walking distance (for families) to the beach, and to downtown. There are close by shops, cafes and convenience stores. The house is stocked with beach toys and all the beach needs!

We’ve stayed at a ton of places over the years and this was hands down one of the best we’ve ever stayed at! Clean, spacious, great location and had everything you need! Owner was super communicative and helpful as well. Will definitely recommend and come back!

This beautiful home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house was beautiful and clean with Spacious rooms and great Decor. It’s just a short walk to the beach and so many restaurants and shops. Kimmy was a great host and was quick to answer any questions. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Best home I’ve ever stayed in. Very beautifully decorated. My daughter married on the beach and I wanted a nice place where she could get ready and family could gather. We made some great memories. Host was great all around.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home had everything we needed and plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 kids. The beds were all king beds and very comfortable. We cooked dinner multiple nights in the home and it was well stocked with all the cooking stuff we needed. It is in walking distance of Carlsbad village, so we hardly had to drive anywhere. They house is also stocked with beach toys, chairs and a wagon; which made going to the beach very easy. The host was very responsive and great to work with. I would highly recommend this house!

Our family stayed in Carlsbad for 8 days over Thanksgiving. Kimmy our host was super responsive to our questions and needs. The townhouse is well appointed and spacious enough for our family of 7. It’s in an ideal location. You can walk to almost everything. We started every day with a walk on the beach. Ate dinner and had drinks in town. Took the train to San Diego for some day trips. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a great time staying here. The owner was communicative, helpful and had everything ready for us with clear instructions. The house was spacious and clean with all amenities in great order. The property was within walking distance from all our favorite places and of course the beach. My family plans to stay here again!

From the outset in dealing with the host/owner communication was fantastic. The place is exactly as advertised - very clean and spacious. Amenities provided were top notch - from the fully stocked kitchen with every kitchen gadget you could need to the beach gear that made an awesome holiday so much more enjoyable. We highly recommend this great rental property !!! And will be back for a return visit soon !!

Great Stay
The property is in a great location in Carlsbad, CA. No immediate need for transportation as everything is within walking distance. There were extra amenities such as beach toys and even a wagon to help transport items to the beach. The home is very clean and well appointed. The only critique that can be said of this accommodation is that the walls are very thin so you can hear neighbors next door walking up and down the stairs and even some conversation. However, that's a building issue and not a host issue so overall we feel it was a great stay.

This is hands down the best rental with the most available amenities near Carlsbad Village. Walking distance to everything, and the place has everything you could possibly need for a trip to the beach. Highly recommended, we can’t wait to come back.

What luck to find this great rental!
This stay was beyond awesome for my family of 7 (ages 4-45). A great host and a great home. We were lucky enough to be the first guests in this rental and the host had already thought of everything. We were completely set up for our stay. Super close to Carlsbad Villiage and the beach. Everything was clean and working. I would absolutely stay in this rental again and may do so next time!
