My husband and I took our two grandkids to visit the beach and while we were there, I got to see my sister and brother in law. The property was great! We were in walking distance to the Riverwalk and 15 minutes from the beach. We had a ball. The little extras that we borrowed was so convenient (tanning spray, cooler tote for the beach, etc) I will definitely book again and again!

This property is really cute and clean. It is one side of a duplex. It is well updated and very well stocked (shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee pods, sugar, spices, condiments, etc). We loved that it is updated and we enjoyed both the front porch rockers and the back yard Adirondack chairs. The beds were good and the house was well kept. The neighborhood seemed safe. The bedrooms are upstairs and there is a small section of the stairs with no railing, which is something to consider if stairs are a challenge (we traveled with seniors). There is parking here, but the driveway is so narrow that it’s hard to even open the car doors. We just loaded & unloaded near the sidewalk and then pulled in. In this area, it’s just nice to have off-street parking! We enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the condition of the house and the amenities. We’d stay here again & recommend it to other!

We enjoyed our 4 day stay. Easy access to downtown and since we love to walk, it was a beautiful area to do that. Always felt safe. Property was clean and had everything we needed.

Great property ! Well appointed home located in historic district . Four blocks from riverfront with many activities, restaurants & bars. We had everything needed …very comfortable bed and linens , nice bathrooms and spacious kitchen with convenient parking in driveway . Would recommend this property when visiting the area

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, I was there for a family funeral, and was able to find the perfect place for at short time. The place was extremely clean and the owner was extremely responsive. I just wish that the weather was warmer in order to enjoy the front porch. I would definitely recommend this place and will reserve again for a future stay.

Our daughter who lives in Leland was having surgery, and we needed somewhere close by to stay. This is the cleanest home I have ever rented! It was beautifully decorated, well appointed, and incredibly comfortable. My husband is 6’8” large man and he found the bed and couch unbelievably supportive. The house is conveniently located to historic Williamsburg, a number of wonderful restaurants ( walking distance- but quite neighborhood)and all the highways to all the beaches. Our host was easy to communicate with, and responded quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend this rental, and I’m sure we will try to stay here again.

This house had everything we needed. It was updated, quaint and very clean. Plenty of room for my family of 4 but could easily accommodate 6 people. The house was located centrally to downtown, the Riverwalk, and Wrightville Beach!

This house was amazing, immaculately decorated, and stocked with anything we needed. Everything the host did to prepare and communicate was spot on, and the location was exactly what we expected and desired. We give this our strongest recommendation!

This property was excellent! We took our 11 year old granddaughter and it was the perfect place for the 3 of us ! We were within walking distance of many of Wilmington's shops, waterfront, and restaurants. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

What a great place, very clean and bright, perfect for our stay in Wilmington while visiting UNCW. Perfect location for a walk to Downtown restaurants/bar/scene and convenient to Campus. Neighborhood was very nice with a lot of Southern Charm.

Southern Charm close to several restaurants would absolutely visit again had so many accommodations especially the little stuff my wife was very happy when we left thank you for a wonderful stay and for going out of your way for us see you again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.. The house was extremely clean, the kitchen has all the cooking and eating utensils one would ever need, and the location is very close to historic downtown Wilmington with its many great restaurants, coffee shops, drinking establishments, and bakeries. Definitely recommend this property if you're visiting Wilmington. We will definitely be back.

A+++ rating. This adorable place was stocked with everything you could possibly want/need. Andrew was communicative right off the bat and we had zero issues. My sister and I had cocktails in the rocking chairs each night and watched Squid Game at night 😀 Savorez and Pinpoint for dinners and leftovers for lunch. Shopping at the Cotton Exchange and Front st. All within walking distance. Super place. Super fun time for girls trip.
