Great Thanksgiving weekend stay! Cosy and comfortable. Highlight sunset toast on rooftop deck. Nashville highlight in general was rooftop drink at LA Jackson for views across the city, then dinner at Marsh House, both in the Thompson Hotel.

Lovely modern home with a convenient location and comfy beds. My friends and I had an easy drive to Broadway, Grand Ol Opry, and area restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised to find great places to eat very close by without going into the city. Amy made our stay a pleasant one.

Enjoyed our stay in nashville. This property was clean and just as pictured. We got to all the sights we wanted to see easily and enjoyed the time in the house in between. The fenced yard was a bonus for our pup too!

Great location a short drive from downtown Nashville. There was plenty of space for four of us. The house appeared clean and well organized. We did have a few snafus with a missing television remote control the first night and no WiFi connection the following night. We also saw a couple of roaches when we came home from dinner on the second night. I contacted Amy immediately and asked for her to send a pest control company out asap and she did send them to spray the next day. Unfortunately, this still left us feeling a bit on edge. We also had an electrical outage for about an hour in the morning. Although it was a nice house, I can’t say that it was a relaxing vacation due to having to communicate with Amy on so many issues.

House was clean, modern, and perfect for our reunion trip. Communication was clear and prompt. Would stay again!

This location was a perfect spot for us for our week in Nashville. It was easy to get to downtown as well as to the softball fields. Very nice roof deck to hang out at especially at night with the lights. The yard was a great size and liked the lights added as well. Inside, the rooms were spacious and a great fit for my family. Great Mexican restaurant down the street as well as grocery stores around the area! I would recommend this location if you are visiting Nashville.

Location was ideal for a business conference at the Gaylord Hotel and also a quick short ride into downtown Nashville to enjoy Broadway. The host was easy to contact with any questions. Our dogs really enjoyed the freedom of the fenced in yards. Homes were nicely decorated.

In Nashville for the marathon. Needed a place big enough for the whole family, including our dogs. Great rental close to downtown, but not too close. Nice view of downtown from the deck.

We enjoyed out time here.. not too far from downtown Nashville with a great rooftop sitting area and view of the city! We thought the interior was nicely designed, and it’s pet friendly with a nice fenced in front yard. There’s a good Mexican restaurant just up the street you can walk to. I would definitely recommend this place!

The house was a perfect home base for our girls trip to Nashville, and Amy was a very responsive host/manager for any questions we had.

The house was conveniently located, within a short drive of downtown and other east Nashville spots. The neighborhood wasn't as walkable as we would have liked. The street doesn't have sidewalks, so we walked the dog in the street. Parking on the street in front of the house was easy. The host was very responsive. We couldn't get the floor lamp and bedside lamp to work, and there was no tea kettle. She came out to look at the lights and bring a tea kettle, which was nice. The house itself was mostly as described, but it was a little worn with scuff marks on the walls and stains on the couch. The beds were comfortable with many options for pillows. The fenced-in yard and rooftop deck were great, and we enjoyed both when the weather permitted. The house is close to the train, and we could hear the train during the night. The kitchen supplies are basic, and the only meal we cooked was breakfast.

Great House for a get together with my friends. House was in a great location for us. There was plenty of space for us to sleep. I wish there was more room in the living room for places to sit and hang out. The couch in the living room barely fits 3 people on it. Otherwise the rooftop, yard, and house as a whole are awesome to stay at.

Our group of writers stayed here while in town for a camp. It was beautiful, clean, so aesthetically pleasing. We couldn't decide if we would hang on the rooftop patio or around the fire pit... so we did both! Beds are probably some of the most comfortable beds I've had away from home. And communication with our host was awesome. 10/10 will stay here again and recommend!

Great stay and I’d go back! The outdoor area was great for our pups as it was easy to let them out without leashing. The property was very nice looking, modern, luxurious feeling. It would accommodate people comfortably while allowing everyone to spread out and not feel like you are too crammed in one spot. The location is close to everything. Only issues we encountered were some ants by sink.

This property was the perfect place for an overnight stay on our way to the beach.

The property was exactly as listed. Very easy to check in. Great proximity to everything we were interested in doing while in Nashville. Would stay there again!

The house was absolutely amazing! We loved every minute of our time there! The owners were great too, we wanted to bbq and noticed a previous tenant had left charcoal inside of the propane grill. I notified the owners and within 45 minutes they had someone out there replacing the grill. And we had our bbq that night! The only thing I would say is to provide more food storage containers and bowls for stirring. I made pancakes for my kids each morning and had gone and bought my own bowl for cooking and my own food storage containers. Other than that...we were in love!

Spacious modern home. Upper deck is great to hang out and enjoy the view of downtown Nashville. Enjoyed the stay!

Visited for a long weekend for our friends bachelorette! The property was so nice and very quiet. Great for a group since the bedrooms are upstairs so those who wanted to rest could and if we stayed up late talking it that was perfect too! Short Uber ride to broadway and grocery store. Thank you again!

We celebrated my daughters 21st birthday in Nashville this past weekend and had an absolute blast. We enjoyed staying here as it was a short Uber ride to Broadway. Very clean and modern. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing rooftop view! Very convenient to all the awesome restaurants East Nashville has to offer, very cool developing area. Close to Shelby Park for walking and enjoying the outdoors. The yard is amazing and fenced in which was wonderful for our dogs.

The house was perfect with a fenced in yard for our dog. Close to Downtown and The Gulch. Would definitely recommend!!

This property was awesome! Sleek and modern, enough room for everyone and then some ! 10 minutes to downtown and anywhere else you may want to go so the ride share apps were extremely beneficial and pretty inexpensive. Beds very comfy, plenty of room in the kitchen if you prefer a quieter night in. Overall this place is perfect for a group looking to spend some time exploring Nashville in luxury!(;

The house was great. Clean, organized, and easy to access. The location is close to downtown and easy to get around to any major highway. It's in the more trendy, transitional side of town, which comes with its highs and lows. Great Mexican food spot, just walking distance to the house. The host was easy to work with and a good communicator. I would stay here again.

Had a great time, good location, roomy, loved the upper deck for sunset, and the fire pit. Only comment would be to have more seating in the living area.

Had a great time at this beautiful house with friends to celebrate a birthday! It was like a giant slumber party where we all got to sleep in comfy beds. We loved the rooftop area and the kitchen. It was great.

We had a great stay at this listing.. however the floors throughout the whole house were not clean & the tub in the guest bathroom was dirty and would not drain.. other than that everything was amazing!
