Wonderful property in the 1 Hotel - really great for a family with young children. Communication with the property company was not as smooth as expected, but the property, hotel, and location was 100% great.

The 1 hotel is gorgeous and the residence is nicely appointed with amazing views. A few important points if you are a discerning traveler. First, the master bathroom had a subtle foul smell the whole time. I’m not sure if it was the toilet — or what it was, but it was constant. Secondly, the two bedrooms (non-master) have the best views. The master bedroom had a nice view, but it was only a partial beach view — while the other two bedrooms had full-on beach views that were unsurpassed. One of the two bedrooms had an a/c unit that did not work very well. It needs servicing and did not cool very well. The a/c unit in the master unit also needed repair. It would cool, but it was loud and turned on and off every five minutes (so, it was annoying). Overall, the hotel aspects were wonderful. However, for the excessive price, I will book a room directly with the hotel in the future so that we can have a full-service experience. The Restaurants were great also. However, I just had a higher expectation. Also, they only clean the room once every 7 days .

I can’t imagine a better condo, better amenities, or a better location! Miami was fabulous and these accommodations were too! Pet friendly, personalized concierge, rooftop pool, and spacious digs with an ocean view. Workout facility the best we’ve ever seen! And just a mile or 2 from anything you would care to do. So glad we chose 1Hotel ☺️

Our family of 5 and my sister's family of 6 came down to Miami Beach to spend some quality time together. We loved staying with Luxury Rentals as they made everything a lot easier and more enjoyable. We had a total of 6 children and they surprised us with a couple of sand buckets set upon our arrival. What a nice touch, it was very nice of them. We all enjoyed the hotel amenities; the 1 hotel is beautiful! What we loved about this unit, in particular, were the floor to ceiling ocean views. Stunning! We will return next year.

The wow factor of this unit is the view.

This residence at the 1 hotel was beyond what we expected. The panoramic oceanfront views from both bedrooms were just breathtaking. The master bedroom had a balcony also facing the ocean and was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. The property managers, the best I've dealt with, by far. We will come back for sure.

The views from the room were fantastic. The pools are beach are lovely. The rep from Luxury Rentals could have been a bit more attentive, but we really didn’t need him much. We would go back in a heartbeat! Our 7 year old says every day how much she misses it!

The apartment was spectacular and the hotel / residences is gorgeous! The views are to die for! We had a very nice time on our vacation here. Luxury Rentals Miami Beach was very responsive and attentive before and during our stay. Their concierge were helpful and bend over backwards for us when we needed balloons to surprise our friend. We will definitely book again with this company!

It's actually better than the photos. Checked in for long weekend with 3 friends. Top notch friendly service from the very beginning. The 3 bedroom unit is beach-chic, comfortable, new and has everything you need. Very nicely done. Each room has a gorgeous ocean view and there is a double wide terrace filled with comfy lounge furniture. The pools are fantastic, the staff is friendly and helpful, atmosphere is upbeat and sophisticated without being too loud, or overbearing. Food is the restaurants is very good too. 1 Hotel is a great destnation and this is a fantastic apartment within it.
