Great and convenient location to all Nashville hot spots, but far enough away to not get caught up in the traffic. House was very clean and hospitable for our needs. Would stay here again!

We love this blue house it suit our family of 9 just right. The owners were kind, courteous and very responsive. This home was clean, stylish and cozy, perfect for family and friends.

Great vacation with friends. This location is within minutes of anything you want to do in Nashville. This was our first time in Nashville, and getting around from here was easy. The host was great to deal with and answered any questions in a fast timely manner. I would recommend this house and host to anyone—great Vacation with great memories.

This house is in a great location, has a wonderful layout, and while I didn't get to experience it due to the weather, has a very large yard. The kitchen island was great for congregating around in the evenings. There were some downsides, though. There is only one comfortable bed (the main one, upstairs). The kitchen is poorly stocked (no cutting board, sink strainer/plug, mixing bowls, potato peeler, blender or mixer). And the furnishings were on the cheaper side or in disrepair throughout - couch you sank into, surface peeled off vanities, kitchen chair cushions that came off, a floor-level microwave with a wobbly spinning glass plate, non-functioning lights in the range hood. The bedroom downstairs has a glass-paned door that's open to both the living area as well as anyone who happens to be at the front door. We even inquired about this pre-trip and were told the door had a covering, but it did not once we arrived. So this isn't meant to be a "Beware, don't stay here!" sort of review, but there are some properties that look great in pics, but are rougher around the edges in person. This is one of those.

Great place to stay for a family visiting Nashville. My family really enjoyed the house and although we didn't get to use it - the backyard is great! Property contact checked in on us. Check in and out was easy thanks to great communication with property manager and little reminders throughout house. We would stay there again.

The house and yard were beautiful and in a perfect location to have a peaceful getaway but still be close enough to hop downtown or some of Nashville's other famous areas. Delicious breakfast place within walking distance, Flora + Fauna, quiet neighborhood, and any kind of restaurant you can think of within 10 minutes drive. Would definitely visit again.
