Father and son bonding never got better than watching Paw Patrol from a jacuzzi after a day catching every ship go through the lift bridge. It was the perfect location for our young family. Even had to take a midnight work call and had the set up reedy for me. Thanks again!

Super fun place downtown! We enjoy the pet friendly condo as well as the ability to use the pool and hot tub at the hotel! The parking was super safe & easy to use when coming and going! The condo size was perfect for a family of 4, we can’t wait to say again!

Lots of room for two couples. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. We left our vehicle parked for a couple of days and were able to walk around Canal Park to eat and see the sites. Really like watching the ships.

We booked this place to have a perfect location to celebrate our sons wedding in Canal Park. So happy we did! This place is adorable! Spacious, clean and had everything we needed!! Was sad to leave.... will be back!! I'll always remember the time here with a big happy heart. Thank you!!❤️❤️

Very filthy place and I wiped things down but didn’t feel comfortable. Was to stay 4 nites but left the next day in a.m. Owners used perfumed products like febreze to hide odors vs. cleaning. Lots of dirt, dust, dog hair everywhere. I do not recommend this unit!

Location, location, location! Close to all the fun in Canal Park, plus nearby scenic hiking.Nice, clean, spacious condo with comfy beds. When we arrived our door lock was in the process of being fixed, but there were complications. Thru it all, the owner was very communicative and there was a new lock installed the next morning. Owners are kindly refunding our first night.We’d love to stay at this place again!

Great location for a fun Duluth stay. What sets this apart for me is the responsiveness of the owners. The owner(s) gave us a cell number and email to contact them if there were any problems. While I didn't expect to need the contact information. I was glad I saved it. We had two issues they helped us resolve and were very responsive. Thank you!

Condo was clean, enough bedding and the noise makers were nice. We blew a fuse and texted management ans they responded immediately ans we were able to take care of it.There was 6 of us and we were comfortable, jet tub and fireplace in the living room was fun. it would have been great to have facial tissues and body wash. We left an item and still waiting to hear if they found it.

This property has everything you are looking for in a listing. It is incredibly clean, they owners are very responsive, and the location is ideal. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted. It was perfect for our family of 5. The pool and fitness center were closed for the stay, which was the only downside- but totally out of their control anyways, so I’m not counting that against them. I would absolutely stay here again and plan to the next time we make our way to Duluth!

Overall the stay was good, it had everything we needed. Was nice to bring our dog with. Close to everything. Beds were not the greatest and could have used nicer bedding. Also being an older building the condo was pretty dry and stuffy, maybe have an air purifier /humidifier going. Jacuzzi in the living room was odd but kids liked it 😂

We enjoyed the layout of the condo! For older couples, there are steps to navigate within the condo. The natural lighting isn't great with the only windows being in the bedrooms. We would stay here again.

This property was exactly as described in the listing. It was clean and spacious, stocked with everything we could need. The property manager was super communicative, which is wonderful. The location was perfect - so much of what we wanted to do was walkable. There were many options for shopping, eating and drinking. Since we were there right before the holidays, we walked to the amazing Bentleyville light display. We also drove up to Gooseberry Falls State Park, which was a beautiful hike to do in winter. Lastly, it was great to have access to the pool and hot tub in the hotel.

We had a great weekend here! There were six of us (4 adults and 2 kids) and the suite was perfect. Plenty of space and the convenient location to all of Canal Park was a definite plus! Thanks for a great weekend!

The property was in a great location for the activities we wanted to enjoy (lake walk, food, mini golf, hiking...). I was with two of my adult children and one grandchild. Plenty of space for all of us!

Couldn’t beat the spot. It was busy in canal park and we always had our free spot. We walked to everything we did around canal park. The pool area was a special perk for the kids too. Thanks for hosting us!

We stayed in mid September, midweek. It's early for leaf-looking, but there are no crowds. The rental was centrally located and provided everything we needed for our stay. The condo is spacious, the water pressure was terrific, and the living room was cozy. Our hosts provided excellent communication and checked on us during our stay to make sure we were happy. Parking is easy (and included). This is a great location in the Canal Park area.

The Fritzgerald Suite, is a cozy, clean place to stay, the location is awesome and close to so many things to do and see. We also enjoyed relaxing around the pool in the hotel .

A great alternative to the hotels on canal park. Lots of room with high ceilings. Within walking distance of everything you need on canal park with access to a pool and easy in/out parking.

We had a wonderful experience at the Fitzgerald Suite in Duluth! This condo is at a great location right in Canal Park, so we could walk all over - to the lake walk to watch ships; over to the aquarium; etc. The parking lot is also very convenient too for when we did need to drive somewhere. The condo itself is so cozy and well laid out, with two bedrooms plus a foldout couch if needed. Our family of four plus dog had plenty of space. And our kids loved that we could use the hotel pool. I would highly recommend staying here!

We traveled to Duluth for our family vacation. This Suite was in the perfect location for us to walk to everything we wanted to see and do in Canal Park. It had plenty of room and amenities for our 4 kids. We would highly recommend the place for larger families looking for a place to stay!

Just what we were looking for
We love Canal Park and this condo was perfectly located. Close to breweries, restaurants, and lots of little shops. The private tour of Vikre distillery, just down the block, was super fun and we would recommend this as a must see.
The condo itself was nicely appointed with everything needed to cook some of our own meals, and the dining room table was perfect for playing cards and games on the only day it rained when we were there. The chairs in the living room were so comfortable that I want some for myself. We were a party of four and there was plenty of room for a comfortable five day stay.
