Our family of 6 adults and 2 children had a wonderful time staying at this amazing property. It was truly perfect. The views, the breeze, the pool, the pool fountain, the open floor plan, the lovely rooms, the Sonos speakers, the sliding door that opens the home to the peaceful outside, the hammock, the torches, the immaculate neighborhood and just being here together was magical. We hope to be back again! Michelle was always very responsive and helped us with all we requested. Thank you!

If you are looking for paradise, this is it!! The house is beautiful with amazing view of the golf course and distanced ocean. We had an amazing experience staying at this gorgeous home. The thoughtful layout design of the house allowed us to gather all together for meals and activities, but also have a “quiet”escape to our lovely rooms. This house is stunning, super clean and stocked with anything can want. The whole experience was amazing! I should mention that the sunset is also spectacular! Love the location, very close to everything. Malia is such a wonderful lady and incredibly communicative.. we all look forward to our next stay.

A beautiful house and yard in a beautiful neighborhood, easy walk to restaurants and shops along quiet streets and a flat gravel trail. I was told the fire place by the pool and tiki torches could not be used, not sure why not. Otherwise, very well equipped, plenty of towels, a terrific house and lanai, very spacious.

Great property in desirable location. Well appointed. Dinners at outdoor dining table were perfect. Nice view on golf course, but only partial ocean view. A little pricey for what you get.

We brought a large family group to Kauai to celebrate our 40th anniversary. This home was our headquarters and completely surpassed all of our expectations! I would highly recommend this property to all families. The pool was wonderful for the kids. The location and amenities were perfect! We had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon!

We stayed in August with a party of 10 split across 3 generations - two grandparents, 4 parents and 4 kids - and our stay was perfect in every way. The neighborhood is gorgeous - beautifully landscaped and maintained and a joy to explore. You're also within walking distance to the shops and happy hour! The house itself is the real star, though - it's even better than in the pictures. The pool is heated and big enough for a family to splash around in (or relax in if the kids let you) and there's tons of soft grass nearby to dry off on. The backyard and lanai space are spacious and thoughtfully designed and we loved eating outdoors, listening to music on the Sonos system as well as watching movies on the outdoor TV! When we were inside, we found a very comfortable living space across the board - bedrooms were awesome (the bunk bed room for the kids in particular was a hit), the bathrooms were well designed and the showers felt great after a day out in the sun. The living room and kitchen felt great whether we had the AC on or if we left the front and back doors open for the cross-breeze (the door to the Lanai is a massive sliding door that opens up completely giving you even more space). Everything was fully stocked and clean! Finally, the management was amazing - with young kids, we wanted to have some extra pool precautions and Malia set up a fence around the pool at our request. We got a great tour of the house by Michelle when we arrived so we knew how everything worked and at every point I felt like we were just a quick text away from assistance should we need anything. I am truly impressed by their attentiveness, patience and kindness before and during our stay. I'd live here if I could - it was a dream come true. Thank you!

As a large family of 9 coming from Indiana, this house was a beautiful getaway for us. We absolutely loved it.. inside and outside space was fabulous! Pool was great! Loved the proximity to the beaches and shops. We will definitely be back in the future. Our host was very accommodating and responsive as well.

3 adult couples had their own private bedroom/bathroom and the 4 teenage girls loved the 4 bunk/bedroom with bath. The plunge pool was lovely as is the outdoor covered dining/entertainment area. FANTASTIC in all amenities. The management company was friendly and helpful before, during and at the end of our 8-day stay.

We came to Kauai to celebrate my Mom's 70th birthday and had 5 adults and 2 kids (5/8). It was the perfect locale to entertain all of us. The house is gorgeous, brand new, with enough space for everyone and is extremely well stocked with kitchen items, spices, amenities, detergent, etc. As well there are beach chairs, sand toys, etc. The pool kept our kids entertained and was the perfect temperature. The view was gorgeous and we particularly enjoyed having the patio doors wide open and being able to be outside under the eaves even when it was raining. Malia was very easy to get a hold of by text and was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The neighborhood is quiet and it is a lovely place to take a walk/run. It's only a 15 minute walk down to restaurants/shops/coffee and quick drive to Poipu beaches. We loved every second of staying here and would stay here again in a heartbeat. 10/10 recommend! :)

We were fortunate enough to be the first people to enjoy the home and the owners have done an exceptional job in building the house and making it a really nice place to stay! My partner and I stayed here for a week without our kids, but this would have been a fantastic place to bring the family. Here is what you should know: Location: A short walk to the shops, restaurants and some good beaches. It's part of Kukui'ula development near Poipu. We thought it was very quiet and relaxing. The House: AWESOME! 4 bedrooms (most en-suite) with one room that is set up for kids (2 double bunkbeds). The house itself was exceptionally comfortable and really takes advantage of the indoor/outdoor living. The great room/kitchen opens up to a large covered Lanai and we spent a ton of time out there. We only used the master, but each room was well appointed with what you would need. Watching movies outdoors on the Lani was fantastic. The kitchen was well appointed and had most everything you would want if you decided to entertain. The pool: a great splash pool that was heated and exceptionally comfortable for lounging. There is also a fire table that looks wonderful, but we didn't take advantage of it.
