I never even stayed at property. I checked in and saw the place was still under construction on inside. I was on property total of hour and half and owner revised to reimburse. Worst experience ever. Not on water, inside was under construction

The owner of the property made himself accessible. The property was in good condition. It was perfect for what we needed during our stay. Spacious and included a kitchen with all necessary amenities.

I’ll agree with others shower was great but if I had known things of this property would have never booked. Is on 2nd floor, my bad I assumed if was climbing stairs there would be railings. No railings on any of the 3 sets of stairs. Can sleep 10 as says however only dinnerware , silverware and such for 4 people. Emergency exit has a lock that you need to “use a butter knife to get it open. Not very safe. If I had had the extra money I would have left and found someplace else. Neighborhood was very scary. You entered down side of house , we got there is was pouring, 2nd floor porch had no gutters so we got soaked. Got back last night at night, no side lights to doors. Tiled floors are jagged I cut my foot on it. Didn’t complain as feel owner wouldn’t have done anything. Argued with owner prior for my service dog, he refused to let me take or I had to pay an additional fee. He does not comply with VRBO nor NY ADA requirements. So many other things.

Really cute apartment! Spacious and it had a lot of nice little conveniences. Like wireless chargers and mini speakers in each room. Very clean and had all you could need minus your own food! Owner was easy to get in touch with and was very helpful! It was a nice place to come home and relax after a long day at the falls! Would definitely return!

Not recommended for families. Property is not so clean, creepy steps and doors. Locality not so safe and NO onsite parking available.

Neighborhood, outside of the house, and stairways were sketchy! The inside of the apartment was nice and had enough space. It was great location as far as distance to Niagara, but it did not feel safe. Only down fall inside was that we didn’t get more towels until the last night of our trip. It was priced fairly! Overall the apartment was fine.

Clean comfy close to falls, wish we knew it was a second floor walk up beforehand. However, the shower almost made it worth the stairs after a long day at the falls. Owner was on top of things and very nice. The rom with the king sized bed was missing the handle though.

Space for everyone and rental had pretty much anything you might need.

We enjoy our stay, William help when we need towels, and when we had questions.
Kitchen needed extra coffee mugs, spoons, and forks. Extra towels when you have more than four towels/people. Two bedrooms needed door knobs. Parking was a little different. Need to be on one side one night and than the other side the next night. We live in the country and just needed to be told what to do!
But overall the place was nice. Thank you William.

This was the worst part of our trip. There was a group of gentlemen across the street dealing drugs. Access to the unit is down the side of the house which is not very safe either.
The owner stated that the previous renters lost the key. We lost the key and he charged $50 to get it replaced. He did not change the locks. The place is poorly remodeled. My son left his nintendo switch in the unit and it was gone after the owner started cleaning. Worst VRBO i have had in years.

Amazing Stay!
The apartment is extremely clean and close to a ton of extracurricular activities! William was amazing from the beginning and communicated throughout the stay. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking in the area!

Clean property, good location, responsive owner
William is very quick to answer messages and very helpful if you have questions. The apartment is nicely renovated, clean, and well stocked with soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is on the second floor, which isn’t revealed in the listing, but it wasn’t an issue for our family. The motion detector lights in the stairwell and outside the door were so helpful in the evenings. We would not hesitate to rent from William again.

The house was just like the photos.
There was more things available then expected, which was great.( I really need my coffee in the morning smile) The only thing ( not management's fault) was the black out and the owner brought us candles. And made sure that we where 👍 good

Nice place to stay with family.
We enjoyed our stay except that 5 minutes into the stay the property owner arrived with out announcing himself which we found to be a bit uncomfortable.
