House was perfect for our occasion. Enough room for 2 boats on the dock. Swimming pool was great. Boys played pool in the garage. Beds were comfortable, house was comfortable, just a really nice place overrall. Definitely recommended.

This is a perfect home and exactly as pictured, it is clean, spacious and the owner promptly responds with any issue or questions you should have. It is conveniently located on the gulf side of the island with easy access to the Atlantic under 7 Mile Bridge or Vaca Cut. There is a boat ramp right up the road off of Aviation Blvd and it was much easier launching there since it is not as crowded as the launch on Overseas Highway. There is now a charge of $25 to launch your boat and another $25 to retrieve it so having the dock at the house was great as we only had to pay the fees once. We always look for homes with a commercial ice makers since some of our group like to fish and filling the boat everyday can get costly so having the ice maker was a huge plus. There is also a nice fish cleaning station. There are kayaks at the house and a nice platform to launch them from and we had many visits from several manatees during our stay. The pool is fantastic and is bigger than the pictures seemed to show, we used it every day and it was wonderful! There is a lot of outside space to enjoy, the lower level by the pool with nice furniture which stays shaded all day. The main living level right off the kitchen & dining area, another level off the two upstairs bedrooms and finally the upper deck where you can see the most amazing sunsets. The bugs seemed worse this year than we had experienced in the past so be sure to take bug spray. Overall you can't go wrong renting this place it is definitely worth the money and we would return again in a heartbeat. Thank you Elisama! Hope to see you again soon!

Great experience ! Close to 7 mile, heated pool, ice machine was awesome ! Plenty of room for everyone and multiple balconies were a plus ! Pool table and hang out area in second garage made our one rainy day fun.

Absolutely loved our two weeks in this Wonderful house! The pool was lovely to swim in every day. We brought our paddle boards and enjoyed leaving right from the dock, down the canal and around the little island, seeing manatees and sea turtles. We grilled and cooked in most nights, wish there had been enough seats around the table for 10 but we made do. Overall highly recommend!

Place is very nice ( pool was not working the first day but repaired on Sunday) All went well.

This house is absolutely beautiful inside and out!! Excellent location to boat ramp, restaurants, stores, etc. Short boat ride to be in the Gulf or to Vaca Cut to be on the Atlantic side. Plenty of parking for vehicles and boat trailers. The owner is very nice and responds quickly to any requests/issues. The only issue we had this trip was the ice machine was out of commission, while inconvenient, it was not a deal breaker. We would definitely stay here again!

There were 8 of us on this trip celebrating birthdays. There was plenty of room for everyone, the house was very clean and had all the amenities needed for our stay. The pool was very nice as well. The pool heater stopped working and the property owner had it fixed the next day. We all would definitely stay here again!

Large home, great location, great for boating, fishing and spending quality time together.

The house is beautiful, spacious and has everything you need if your plans are to spend the days fishing or just hanging out at home.

House was very clean and everything is upgraded. Pool area was fun for all the buddies. Short ride out to the ocean, plenty of fish and lobsters.

Everything worked properly and was in a good location and awesome deep water canal. The Poole was great. The front door handle would fall off but it slides right back on. The host was easy to contact and will reply quick.

Our family had such a wonderful time, enjoyed the pool and kayaks very much. A beautiful vacation home.

This is a great property! Everything you need to enjoy Marathon! The pool was awesome and the dockage/access is so easy to get out to the reefs. Ice machine made prepping the boat really easy. All the rooms and bathrooms are very nice and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and more! The owner was really responsive! We didn't have any problems (other than locking ourselves out of the garage) and when we reached out they responded very quickly. We will be back. Thanks.

This house was one of the best houses I’ve stayed at in Marathon. Beautifully updated house with a gorgeous new pool. Plenty of dock space and easy access to the Gulf and the Atlantic Ocean through Vaca Cut and the Seven Mile bridge. A grill, pool table and best of all a top of the line ice maker! No need to run out every morning to get ice for your coolers, it’s right there at the house. Has an upper deck for viewing the great evening sunsets. Plenty of parking in the front driveway for cars and a boat trailer. The public boat ramp is literally right down the street. Elisama was very responsive and available to all my questions. Great house on the water!

Very clean and comfortable home. It has plenty of room for everyone. Spent quality time using the pool and pool table. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and playing card games. We loved it, and would love to come back! Thank you.

The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was a real bonus. Gulf and ocean are easily accessible and manatee can be seen right from the backyard. The property manager was quick to resolve issues. I would definitely stay in this house again.

The pool was a big plus for this home, we had a few issues but communication with the owner was super easy, I would go back here in a heartbeat!!

We have been renting in Marathon for years, and we were excited to try this house based on the pictures. However, we ran into nothing but problems from day one. The A/C did not work for the first 5 days. It was around 80 degrees downstairs. We paid an additional $80.00 to have the pool heated for the stay. The pool heat did not work and we soon discovered the ice maker downstairs didn’t work either. The door handles no the front door fell off. We opened the front door and the pieces literally clanked on the floor. The back door lock did not work either, so we did not have any way to secure our valuables. The downstairs bathroom faucet would not turn off so we had to naturally turn the water to the sink. In the same bathroom, the toilet handle fell off and took about 30 minutes to repair. The oven worked one time before it literally died. No oven for the trip. If you think this list is long, it keeps going. The master bathroom tub had no water connection to it. Every time somethings else broke, it was literally laughable because we have never been in a house so ridiculously unkept. Seriously, what else could have broken?! We are laid pack people and we’re not going to leave negative feedback, despite all of the problems listed above; however, to add insult to injury, the owner then charged us $200 in damages to the property despite us doing absolutely nothing. I requested photos of the items we “damaged” and never received a response. We have gone on to attempt to dispute this, but please save yourself the trouble of renting this place and find a house that is actually maintained and taken care of. These owners obviously couldn’t care less about the experience they are providing for their renters and only care to profit off of their money pit.

This home is beautiful. Just as advertised. We came down for my husband's 50th birthday and a much needed vacation after covid. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 which included 4 adult children. The location of the house is perfect, right in the middle of the Keys. The pool was perfect and the kids loved the pool table and ice machine. We would happily stay here again.

This house is beautiful and fully stocked with everything. The inside of the house was clean and perfect. The layout is perfect for two families or just one. 3 out of 4 of the bedrooms had their own access to one of the 3 balconies. There is plenty of space to spread out. There were bikes and kayaks for your use. We used the kayaks everyday and was beautiful. The pool was absolutely wonderful. We would recommend this house to anyone.

The house was so comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed for our friends and family getaway. The views were beautiful. We loved sitting on the outside deck every night. There are 2 kayaks available to visit with the manatees and there are 3 bikes if you feel like alittle exercise. Every bedroom had its own bathrooms so all 7 of us had a ton of privacy. The owners were always quick to respond. Would definitely visit again.

The owner is accommodating and reachable. The house is really clean and there’s plenty of space to spread out. A great experience.

We had 4 couples staying at this property. The owners were prompt in response and kept in touch for any additional needs or questions. The pictures do not do this property justice. It is beautiful and spacious. Everyone had their own space. The upper deck offered beautiful views including sunsets. There is a book with many pages of things to do and places to eat. We were able to pull our rented pontoon right up to the property and load items for our day trip. The kitchen is well appointed as are the bathrooms. Did I mention the owners are so lovely and helpful? Most definitely! We had the best time for the week were there. Look no further as this is property is an absolute jem.

We had a lovely stay the week of Thanksgiving. The house was large enough for a large family to comfortably spread out & relax. There are three levels of patio's that allowed family members to relax and feel that each had their own private space. The sunset & water views of the water & Gulf are amazing from all patio levels, but soectacular from the third level patio. The house is well appointed from dockage, to a fish cleaning station, ice machine & refridgerator all outside for easy access. The pool table waterside was a big hit as well. The kitchen was well appointed complete with a wine fridge and a waffle maker. There is even an outdoor sink, and prep area with exhaust fan off the main floor patio and ample seating. Each of the four bedrooms were ensuites, and privacy is important even with family. Wow! The proximity to the Gulf by boat, and 7 Mile Bridge to Sombrero Lighthouse cannot be beat. Even driving to beautful Sombrero Beach was a super short drive. The sunset there is gorgeous. The beach is clean, complete with free parking and a playground for the kids. We all agreed whether traveling together or separatly that we would book this house again. The proximity to the Gulf and the Atlantic, location to shops, restaurants, and excursions like the Dolphin Research Center & The Turtle Hospital cannot be beat! This was home was a gem of a find!
